We have taken our out of warranty iPhones for repair (one for battery switch and one for a broken screen) and just recently my mom’s iPad 6 (failing charging port) after the techs at the Apple Store told me that they wouldn’t repair it but could do a switch for a newer model but with lower memory storage capacity and still had to pay $350+. I knew I should have brought it straight over to Hot Tech Repair. The repair cost was way more affordable than expected and the speedy turn around was just great. Mom is happy she has her iPad back in working condition. Thank you guys!

This is by far the best repair place. I called around to different places to get my Galaxy Tablet charging port replaced and this place gave me the best price and he got it done the same day! Other places said that it would be three to seven days and charge more then $100. Customer service is AMAZING and they are GREAT communicating with you! Definitely would recommend this place over any other repair place.

The rubber tip of my AirPods broke before the gym. They don’t normally sell them but he had an extra one and gave it to me. Amazing service. They have great people working there!

I took in my Samsung phone because it wouldn't charge. Roman was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed it in a few minutes. I was so relieved that I didn't have to leave my phone. I did not shop around, but other reviews say that they are reasonably priced. I recommend this place for cell phone repair.

Hot Tech Repair is the only place I go to get my electron’s screens fixed! Not only are the employees very friendly, but they are also efficient and offer great customer service. When I came in last month, the owner fixed my screen within an hour, and made me feel highly valued and like I was their number one priority. I haven’t had any problems with my electronics since they were fixed, and I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great electronic repair service!

Exceptional customer service. I was in and out in 35 mins. Roman was very thorough. After taking apart my phone, he was quickly able to tell my previous phone repair from another place was done poorly. He explained and disclosed everything upfront. Will definitely be coming back. These guy are great. Unfortunately, the cell phone I brought to them was broke beyond repair. I had another one that was cracked slightly, they told me not to waste my money, wait till the crack gets worse. I thought that was very cool of them to do. They weren't trying to pressure me into buying any kind of screensavers or cases or any of that. Nice guys, with a great attitude. I definitely will go there for any of my cell phone issues in the future. 🤙
