There are numerous things wrong with my iPad screen repair: 1. The repair contract only has a warranty of 10 days which wasn’t enough time for the issue I experienced to set in (took ~1 month). Although he was a gracious enough to attempt and fix the issue pro bono, his attempt did not fix the issue and the second time I came in he pointed to his warranty as the reason I couldn’t request money back. 2. The glue between the screen and iPad became gradually less adhesive over the course of the month. He explained that it is likely due to me using it in hot temperatures, but I would consider my use normal, and doubt this would happen on a brand new iPad. My alternate theory is the excessive amount of dust and previous glue residue I found on the tape might cause problems. This makes me think he didn’t properly clean the iPad before setting the screen. It was a “rush job” because I came in just before the close of business and he said he could finish the repair in 20 minutes… it appears a few corners were cut. I would have much preferred he tell me he needed an additional day to do it properly. 3. I requested my money back past the warranty expiration (~2-3 months or so). His immediate response was handing me back my iPad and saying “you should leave”. I wanted an explanation, which made him irate. He raised his voice at me and accused me of being both disrespectful to him and ignorant while trying to lecture me about how to fix both of these alleged issues. It was a very one sided conversation… It made me so emotional that I literally teared up. Although he did apologize when he noticed how emotional I was getting, it was too little too late. I told him numerous times to watch his tone with no noticeable impact. To say “I think he needs to be more customer oriented” is an understatement.

Fred is very professional, responsive, reliable and fair prices. I had a LG phone screen repaired, blue prints copied by him. Next. I plan to bring my laptop that's lagging for him. to clean.

The Grand opening special here is NO JOKE! These guys were able to repair my iphone cracked screen in less than 20 minutes and only costed me $60!!! other places i called in the westside area wanted to charge me upwards of a $100 for a screen replacement while these guys repaired my iPhone and made sure it was working properly before i left. I could not be happier with the service i received here.

Pays to be Careful! Apparently the $59 special applies to first time screen repairs only. Since this was my first time cracking my iPhone screen I was able to get the repair on my iPhone 7 screen for around $65 (after taxes). I’m happy I was so careful about my iPhone until this point. These guys are so friendly and I am sending my sister here next week to get her computer repaired.

Everyone there is honest. They are not there to make a profit. They seem like people who wanted to make a living fixing computer. Their prices are very affordable and more than reasonable. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. I had a 2011 macbook pro that I left with them and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the performance after they swapped the parts and cleaned it out. Love everyone there, and these are people I would want as a friend, so definitely would recommend you leave your phone/computer with them!

Had my battery replaced on my iphone and laptop! My iphone had been dying out way to quickly and my macbook showed the "service battery soon" warning and Apple was going to charge an arm and a leg so as i was grabbing lunch next door i decided to stop by and ask them for a quote... Luckily they only wanted my arm :p JK! All seriousness, i had my iphone battery replaced for $40 in minutes and my computer was ready for pickup the following day for HALF of what apple store was going to charge me. I took time to write this because we need to support more mom and pops like these. Hell to corporations!

My son locked ME out of my own laptop and I had no way of using It. I brought it to these friendly guys over at fix n print and they were able to recover my data and restore my MacBook Pro to brand new for WAY cheaper than every other place I called. I can’t Tell you how grateful I am for a place like this near me
