I was with T-Mobile and loved it. We switched thinking we would save money . But omg, did we get what we paid for ... NOTHING ! I doordash , I have lost money because of no service. I can't connect to my child , it's a hit or miss if we can get the phone to connect and if it does most times we can't hear each other and it hangs up. It's very very frustrating. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS .

The gentlemen in the store helped my husband and I to the fullest extent with our phones (new phones, screen protectors, ect). He explained everything carefully and repeated back what we wanted so that we understood.

This is the second time I’ve stopped by Metro(Decatur, TX) and they’re closed 20 minutes before closing time. I understand emergencies happen and all but it’s really inconvenient for some. Their area of coverage is false, yes it’s cheap and affordable for us but you’d think after being bought by T Mobile the service would improve.

I was surprised by how quick the girl was able to get me out the door didn't have to wait in line pay my grandmothers bill. While she was working with a customer she asked if i needed anything else or if i had any concerns on my account, Great customer service.

These girls are fantastic, waited less than 4 minutes to get attended. Had just one major issue on one of my devices, it wouldn't read the network brought it in and the girl fixed it. Me being someone who isn't techy didn't notice my sons phone was off line. She also notice that it was one of the older models she convinced me in upgrading my sons phone to the newest version. Thank you girls ! Will be doing my shopping here more often.

I went in after buying a brand new phone from them a few weeks ago it just wont come on. The lady there did not know what she was doing. Did not give me right number to call to get a replacement she said she would talk to her boss and call me but no response. There happy when there taken that money to get a phone but not helpful. They need someone that knows what they are doing. Not just a salesman

Terrible customer service. They do not know what they are doing, so no help at all. I have not been in this location one single time thst i was greeted with friendly or helpful service. Now I've been charged an extra $6.00 a month to my bill and I don't know what it's for. No one can tell me what it is for or why and will not refund the overcharge. I'm switching to Cricket. The phone never worked great anyway. No reception when driving through the country. Which is every time I leave my house. Half the time my phone won't work in Bridgeport.... period. Which is where I live. The response to that was that I could still text. Great thanks. A phone that I can only text on. Just what I wanted. I should have never left Cricket. The people in this store act like I'm a burdon and disturbing them from whatever pointless activity they were doing before I interrupted. I don't know what they were doing before I came in, but I can tell you they WERE NOT learning anything about the products, services or how to give good customer service. I will never use Metro again and will never recommend them to anyone. With service like this, I don't know how they are still open. Especially since Cricket opened their doors in Decatur. The Cricket location on 51 near Subway has friendly informative staff and the phone works where ever I go now. (Never go to Cricket located inside Game Stop, unless it's just to pay a bill) Metro PCS in Decatur sucks big time.
