This is a small store and there isn't a huge selection of phones and accessories. They didnt have the charging cable that I was looking for and I felt the prices where to high. There is no public restroom. I have also gone there to pay my bill and there would be no one even around.

It was a nice store and not very limited but limited choices. The clerk greeted me with her name but I forgot it, but she was very helpful. So overall I give 3 stars. Not because of her service but a store like that should be up to par with multiple awesome choices.

This is the second time I have had to come into the store to get help with a phone problem that I couldn't solve. The stores employee's are well trained and very knowledgeable on the phones that are sold in the store. When I went into the store this time a young lady named Yulian helped me. The young lady had my phone issue fixed in a matter of minutes. It was a dirty SIM. I would have never thought that. The young lady also sold me a phone and service and she made sure I was getting the best deal available for me and at a price I could afford and would be happy with. I added a line and got service on it for $63.64. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be having repeat business with them on my future phone upgrades. Thank you Yulian for all your help.

The young woman working there was ignorant and incompetent. She could not register my new OnePlus 6. Did not ask for my phone number or account information. Didn't make a true effort to register my OnePlus 6. She said it wasn't compatible with MetroPCS. I went to a different MetroPCS and the man, asked my phone number, account information, scan the code on my MetroPCS... Successfully registering my OnePlus 6 phone on MetroPCS. Plus the ignorant incompetent woman laughed when I told her that she didn't know what she was doing.

Metro PC in South Austin was a very nice place Angel was such a joy she was a very happy person she helped my husband and I do upgrades on both our phones and she was very accurate very quick or in and out of their minimum amount of money she was very knowledgeable about her phones very very pleased when we left but got exactly what we wanted so I'm going to give Angel a five stars and the store four stars thank you
