Just wanted to give an updated review because this place has improved tremendously. The workers have great customer service & the cooks do a great job making the food. I ordered pizza, breadsticks & wings today & everything was yummy. The new manager here is doing a great job, keep it up. Old review: this location is just inconsistent. I ordered pepperoni hand tossed pizza and the crust was extremely thin and way too crispy, the cheese looked over cooked. Look honestly if you’re looking for a decent pizza chain place in the area just hit up dominos on Cameron, it’s right down the road. Previous Review: ordered here again 6/11/19 and the pizza/wings were actually good. The food was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guy was nice. The only issue I had was no one answered the phone, I had to order it online. I’ll be ordering here again soon and hope the service/food will be just as good again. Previous review: Um.. I order from this place a ton, idk what happened last night but my pizza was really weird. Random chunks of bread missing and random slices of pineapple. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños.. It kind of looked like they accidentally cooked it with pineapples and took them off at the end... it honestly looked like it was dropped too I'm hoping it wasn't.. I was given store credit, I appreciate that but this was just a weird experience. I added photos of the gross pizza, idk how they could expect me to eat that. Not ordering here for a while now.. I have both ordered as carry out and delivery. Ordering inside is a breeze and I always add a tip even though I'm the one delivering my pizza. And the app is super easy and I really like adding the tip to the total so I don't have to have money at the door to awkwardly tip the driver. The workers in the store are always friendly and hand over your order with a smile. And did I mention the food? I always get the pan pizza and it's incredible. I also get the cinnamon twists with icing, also amazing. I've just never had a problem with them. Definite five stars. ~Philip

Greatest deal 5.99 each (select items) when u buy 2 or more...TAKEOUT ONLY!! Can't call in order, can't order online for deal; must walk in to order and wait, but only 10-15minutes. I get 2medium 2 topping pizzas and order of lava cakes all under $20!! ~Jen

Ordered a 5$ hot n ready pizza online for pick up. lobby is closed so I had to wait for the drive-through and waited for over an hour (only because I couldn’t back up or get out of line)and there’s only one person working inside I felt sorry for this young kid having to do it all but The drive-through window has broken glass, there’s homeless people standing up in front asking for money, not the safest area and the drive-through voice box doesn’t work and then uses a hand written sticker that says please pull up to the window ~Heidi

I was greeted upon arrival and unfortunately my request was not fulfilled. I will try again or a different location. Employee was courteous, polite, attentive, sensitive, and understanding. I look forward to returning to this location. Service has been pleasant and prompt. I do recommend AT&T. 🙏 ~Aaron

Walking into a new store for the first time with an issue with my phone, didn't know what to expect. I was given fantastic service, Denise was wonderful in knowledge and got me set up without any difficulty at all. She made sure I was 100% set before I was on my way. HIGHLY recommend you give this location a go if you ever run into difficulty with your phone. Best service I have ever recieved. ~Preston

This is a small store and there isn't a huge selection of phones and accessories. They didnt have the charging cable that I was looking for and I felt the prices where to high. There is no public restroom. I have also gone there to pay my bill and there would be no one even around. ~shae

OK, let me first start off by saying I am in the service industry as well so I appreciate really good employees. I walked into Metro by T Mobile and I was promptly greeted by Elizabeth F. From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left I felt her customer service went way ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable about pricing, phones, plans, and what would suit me the best. The reason I am writing this lengthy post is Because usually 99.9% of the time when I walk into Verizon or Sprint I receive semi ok service. I believe she was the manager and she was fantastic. Once I pay off my phone with Sprint I will be switching to the service she requested and I will be saving a bundle. Do yourself a favor and go see her at this location! I hope the higher ups see this and realize how lucky they are to have her on the team. She needs a raise. Hands down experience EVER! Thank you girl!💜 ~Christina

I visited the tech ridge location and saw they were extremely busy with foot traffic however I was helped by Stephanie within a few short minutes and her service was amazing! She was extremely articulate and one of the most friendly employees I’ve come across in a while, will definitely be visiting this location more often when I need T-Mobile services. ~mercedes
