Friendly, helpful owner - goes out of his way to make sure you get whats right for YOU. I was having problems with (my provider), constantly treated like they didn't want my business. When i recently went in for an emergency replacement, I was flat-out lied to by the salesman, told that I just couldn't have the phone that i wanted, and was somehow charged almost $80 for a $35 phone! I was treated so badly that I swore I would not be with them another month. After shopping, I find that Metro has the phone that I actuall want - FOR FREE, with comparable prices on BETTER plans! Almost 2 years later, and still NO problems. Even when someone ran over my phone, I was given a replacement - an actual upgrade - for only a few bucks. The gentleman was VERY nice, very polite, very helpful. He gave me the phone that I wanted, set it up for me, ported over my number, and sold me a protective case for a quarter of marked price - all in under 20 minutes. I walked out happy, with the phone I wanted set up and activated, case, and service for only $20 (and a night in the rain). I will be going back.

My husband and I went to go get he's phone fixed because it's been off for a week when he already had paid it, we get there and they have a sign that they in break okay we stayed outside waiting for them for 2 and a half hrs never came back from break. they probably still not there. A lot of people was trying to wait for them but they got tired of waiting that they would leave .

OK, let me first start off by saying I am in the service industry as well so I appreciate really good employees. I walked into Metro by T Mobile and I was promptly greeted by Elizabeth F. From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left I felt her customer service went way ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable about pricing, phones, plans, and what would suit me the best. The reason I am writing this lengthy post is Because usually 99.9% of the time when I walk into Verizon or Sprint I receive semi ok service. I believe she was the manager and she was fantastic. Once I pay off my phone with Sprint I will be switching to the service she requested and I will be saving a bundle. Do yourself a favor and go see her at this location! I hope the higher ups see this and realize how lucky they are to have her on the team. She needs a raise. Hands down experience EVER! Thank you girl!💜

One star because I have to give that in order to review. Sign clearly states they open at 10 am. I got there at 10:02am and they were still closed. I waited for 30 minutes and no one got there to open. I was getting a new phone and line with you guys but maybe this is a sign I shouldn’t do it

I received my replacement phone through mail couldn’t Open the device for the Sim card for my new Iphone. Called before I arrived and Jose’ was very nice about helping me. When I arrived it was taken care of very fast and conveniently with Awesome Customer Service definitely recommend 👍🏽
