Long wait time. They had 3 cashiers yet one walked off and another closed down with several people in line waiting. Only one cashier open when I got ready to check out. There was a long line of people waiting. They needed to call for help and they didn't do. Poor customer service. 😒😒

If you don't go at the right time and the right day, it's slim pickings but that is the usual at stores like this. Every so often you will find some gems but it takes a lot of visits to "strike gold." I recommend a Ross in a nicer city for better options.

Cool place. Staff were cool and nice though everything was sorta scrambled everywhere I can understand considering it's in the Houston area. I don't live there but I know it's a very populated area. Nonetheless got most of what I needed there without much a problem.

I always go to Ross after 7:30 this night it was 9 they close at 11 I have 3 children who I was with in the toy section. To start the toy section was a mess (not unusual) I didn't think much of it. I'm looking for a baby toy and my kids are at the end of the isle in my view but not in the employee who walked up to my kids view. I hear her say "are y'all playing with this?" ( A toy treasure box that I'm planning on buying) They say yes, she picks up the box and says "where's your mom?" So I walk down the isle saying "hi, yes I am" she then proceeds to say YOU CANT LET YOUR KIDS PLAY HERE THEY ALREADY WRECKED THIS ENTIRE SECTION. flabbergasted I say " no ma'am it was already like this don't blame this on them" We leave this toy section and next thing I know I am looking at clothes and look up to find THE SAME EMPLOYEE looking at me from a different clothing isle and watching my kids sitting in the floor. I've never been so offended, I know I have 3 kids but they are well behaved and stay close to me. Needless to say I left and I've seen other reviews on this same employee with blue hair!

Me and my family always go to Ross late night and never had a problem. Today this new chick with blue hair was trying to get everyone out the store before 12am. When we asked for the manager to inform her of what the lady was doing the lady then stated we are lying and why were me mad. Super rude customer service.

Although I can find items that I wish to purchase, there are never enough cashiers and the line was curving around the bend. so I left my items in the cart and walked out the store. That's poor planning and lack of consideration for customers time.

Big variety of clothing and other products to buy. I give 4 stars only because shelves were not in order, things on them were just thrown, barely could see the products, shoes were not on a shelves by size, some of them were just laying next to the seat and only 2 cashier were working, while there was a long queue standing and waiting almost 15 minutes. But overall it's good. Made some nice purchases. Bought a blazer, 2 pijamas and 1 shirt. Good quality and affordable price.

I went for a pair of nice boots but none I wanted were in my size so instead I got a fresh pair of Levi's. Oh and the the cashier from Louisiana not to far from where I'm from. She was very nice. Yes sir
