I’ve always been a huge fan of Marshall’s. Baytown’s location seems to be well organized and clean, no complaints there. Now some of the cashiers, they are usually gossiping about one another or in a hurry to check you out, with no hello or have a great day. The managers they’re always pretty nice, always willing to help.

The employees were rude, made us put the cart back where it goes when that’s their job I’m not getting paid to do that and manager with another employee tried following me outside after putting it back where it went.

I have no complaints, rather I think the service and help provided by their employees is excellent. They always try to have everything organized, which is important. Since it is important to have the correct clothing sizes, it is the only important thing in the clothing area, especially in women's clothing. In general, I recommend this place for purchases of all kinds, not only for people but also for pets. You find everything for your pets.

Absolutely loved the deals after they re-opened. Right now is really the best time to go to get the best bang for your buck. I went and walked out with a cart full of goodies for less than 80 bucks. Amazing finds.

I like this Marshalls location a lot. It is well-organized with shelves & aisles that are clean. The store is bright and spacious. They have an assortment of good deals on everything, including ladies shoes & handbags. Very enjoyable to shop at. Parking is not a problem at all because this one is in a strip mall.
