Clean nice store but unlike the Lake Charles store there was NO ONE on the floor. I couldn’t find anyone to help me. When checking out on a Saturday morning they only had two cashiers.

Prices are high in my opinion but I like having my Amazon shipments sent to Kohl's & the coupons they have.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Baytown Kohls until this evening. Not sure what my cashiers issue was but her attitude was completely uncalled for. She doesn't’ t need to be working in customer service if thats how she treats people. I’d be more than happy to give corp her name. She needs a day or two off.

Returns department is at the very back of the store, even though I purchased items with my Kohl's credit card they had a hard time locating my order even with the receipt.

I don't know who's buying for the plus size department but it needs to be someone who wears plus size clothes.

Nice place, they could definitely up their kitchen stuff👍I do like their $10 Kohls cash back offer and I try and take advantage of it everytime it's a good program even though I do seem to always go over the $10 coupon they give you, but I guess that's how they keep you coming back for more😆

They did have a lot of the cashiers opened. Unfortunately they just never have very much in stock of anything. They're always offering great reductions but there's never anything to spend it on. It's not just at Christmas it's like they never get stock in.

The store is clean and well organized. Easy to find the department you are shopping for and prices and specials clearly marked while maintaining a classy look of the store overall. We were able to quickly find what we came for. Checkout was courteous, professional and speedy.
