It's a rip off my daughter purchased a unit which was small and she never stored anything in it and she signed the lease late Saturday and she asked for a refund Monday bc her items wouldn't fit they told her she couldn't be refunded.

Very clean, manager was very polite older man who was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Removed a star as they keep odd business hours in store and on their customer service line making it hard to make payments if you have any daytime obligations as I’ve been told they do not take payments over the phone. Customer service is NOT helpful and while I know this has more to do with the franchise and not necessarily the property in question, it is something to keep in mind.

Ms. Mary Smith went beyond the normal call of duty and was outstanding in helping me find storage for my belonging when I ran into a problem of not being able to get into my house until tenants moved out. She was courteous, understanding and very helpful in helping me obtain the proper type of storage place which solved my problems on 11/21/2017. I also observed her helping 2 other people who walked into the office while I was there; I saw the same outstanding service given to them to. The company is very blessed to have an outstanding employee like Mary. I highly recommend the Cube Smart Self Service
