Worst fast food meal ever. Chicken wa as flat as a pancake like it was pressed chicken and tasted like swill with some gross sauce. Fries had no flavor and a handful were too burnt to eat. Will never be back to Swansea Wendy's.

They charged my card $9 n some change extra 🤨when I asked,they told me next day I only will see the correct amount of $24 n change. Indeed NXT day was the correct amount charged on the card. I HV never seen that happen-EVER- charged Xtra. I wasn't happy w that.. on top they didn't have NAPKINS!! Lol

Only other Wendy's on Rt6 other one on the MA/RI line is closed for remodeling. So if you want Wendy's only one around. Food was not great had a long line cashier was not thrilled about being there. Did nothing wrong but clearly not where they wanted to be

Absolutely disgusting. My soda is a mix of 4 different flavors my burgers charcoal and fries not bad but not good cashier would not give me a receipt said there printers broken what a waste of $13

This place was a mess. The tables were not washed off. You could see in the kitchen area,there was food all over the floor. Instead of sweeping it up the staff just walked over it. I notice that one staff member dropped a sandwich on the floor. The cook just took off the wrapper and put a new one on. Very disorganized. Poorly managed.

The food was nasty I bought 2 drinks as well I didn’t get the expensive one and my sprite had nasty chunks from god knows what. Missing items. Phone off the hook probably because they know they messed up. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I only eat fast food when I'm in a pinch, and when I do I choose Wendy's for the freshness. Today I decided to go inside and order for a change and everyone working behind the counter was SO NICE and SWEET to me. Very friendly and totally made my day to have a random interaction with such kind folks. Might go back soon just for the smiles. And maybe a frosty.

My sister and I often eat dine-in at this location and enjoy it. Today she was unable to go so I ordered by phone to pick up and bring home to her. The order was not ready when I got there. You can't pick up a mobile order via the drive thru, I guess you have to go in and wait in line. It was pretty chaotic behind the counter. One of the crew was playing with her hair, handling the food (fry area) and fooling...seemed to be throwing food (fries) in a free for all fun food fight with the crew member at the window. Levity is wonderful...we need to be happy. In business and especially handling food there should be limitations. Getting my order which was by now sitting waiting to be bagged took discussion (??why??). When I got our meal home it was lukewarm at best. The bread on the burgers seemed old...it was crumbling and powdery. We didn't get drinks. I paid nearly seventeen dolllars for 2 burgers and a medium fry. I don't see this happening again for me any time soon. I am sorry for the manager...seems like a tough crew to direct. Disappointed.

This location's drive-thru takes forever. Several times it took 20+ minutes. It seems like they only take and complete one order at a time. Each time I've gone through the drive-thru, they got at least one thing wrong with my order. On two occasions when I pointed out the mistake, they did nothing to correct it. I decided to give them one more chance yesterday and ran into the same issues.

So is this really your new Burbon Bacon Cheeseburger?? Looked so good on the menu but in actuality it was a jr bacon cheeseburger with a few onion strings, 1 small piece of bacon and not even a teaspoon of sauce. Dry and tasteless.Totally disappointed. Wendys #3307
