Everytime I go there it is such a weird experience in terms of attitude and service. And I only go back to see if it is consistent and I try to be more understanding and kind each time. I don’t even care for the food. This time I tried to tip the cashier and his crew and he gave me the most dirtiest look and said “We dont accept tips” and when I aksed him why he just shut the window. I give up lol.

Ordered drive through. Asked for all items with beans (confirmed on my receipt) and got all the food with beef instead. Mistakes happen — that’s not the issue. When we called to address it, they said they weren’t sure who made the order and nothing could be done. One star for customer service, because they couldn’t even try to own up to it, let alone fix it.

Horrendous experience with the children running this taco bell. First, it took them about 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence at the drive thru, even after asking for them multiple times. When I arrived home (30 minutes away), half of the order was completely incorrect. When I called to request a refund for the incorrect items, I was met with hostility, denial, and ultimately some teenager cursing at me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered online. They don’t allow walk in so had to stand in drive through line. Intercom confirmed my ordered was ready and I can pull ahead. Had to wait 30-40 mins between intercom and window as apparently they ran out of everything and could not help customers ahead of me. Anyways, finally I made it to the window only to be told that they have misplaced my order and are out of … well everything. I asked for a refund and after 10 minutes the manager (who preferred hiding vs helping her teenage employee through this ordeal) shows up and gives me refund. Wasted 1 hour in all this and not a single apology. I feel for the guy in the front desk, he was struggling and seems like had no backing from manager. My only advice to him, get a job at McDonald’s or Wendi's next door. Anyways my neighbor told me similar ‘out of stock’ stories he had experienced and I am not going here again. I

Very good tacos. Prices are up again. Welcome to America. $24.00 for a 12-pack of tacos that a year ago was $17.00. That's a 30%+ increase. Fast service.

Most days it's great. There are days when a certain person is working where the staff are not changing their gloves or washing hands between making different foods as I can taste and feel cinnamon and sugar on my soft taco. Thankfully, I don't have any food allergies that could cause me to be concerned by this, but those flavors don't belong on the soft taco. It only ever happens when I see one person behind the drive through window. She may be a manager but I'm not 100% sure about that. It could also be coincidence that this always happens when I see her at the window. I have been going there a lot lately for lunch. Most of the time everything is fine. It's obvious when the staff is having a bad day though. I hope they're being treated right. It's a tough job and I appreciate how hard they are working.

Won’t be returning after tonight since they closed over an hour early. The app never said they were closed and now I’m missing $15 since I hadn’t made an account on the app… really disappointed as this is the closest Taco Bell to me. The girl at the window tonight was extremely rude and told me that they had always closed that early but here on google and the app it is both midnight. Not 10:30 pm. I understand things happen, but for her to not even try to compensate for anything was annoying and with the attitude I was given it was unnecessary. I love going here most nights but after tonight I don’t think I will be returning. I don’t understand why the app would tell me the order was confirmed and then her tell me it was never received and closed?

The teenagers, that seem to run this Taco Bell, have no clue how to work in fast food service. out of the 10 times i have attempted to get food 7 of them I was told "We are closed for 30 minutes to cook food". I have never been to another Taco Bell, or any fast food restaurant, that closes that frequently to "cook food". Clearly these employees need to be retrained on time management to ensure food is available from open til close. The McDonalds next door doesn't have this issue, neither does the Wendy's across the street. I can only guess these kids dont want to serve people, aka make money, or they are so inept that they cannot look at the stock of food and start cooking before they run out. I hope something changes because this is giving Taco Bell a bad name and I am giving my business to other restaurants. Even when I want to eat at Taco Bell. Sad, Disgracefully, and not at all up to the standards of the franchise.

For a Taco Bell this place has its act together. Drive thru was a little backed up but the staff was friendly, got my order right and it was clean on the inside. The exterior needs so work and their parking area and drive thru need some repairs, but the food and service was outstanding. Will definitely be returning.
