My car came out terrific after taking it to Ultimate Car Care for a full exterior detail and ceramic coating. The end result was breathtaking especially for my 100k mile Audi which now looks new again! The wheels/rims were cleaner than I have ever seen them before! Their attention to detail stands out..it's the little things that I notice and attention to detail. For example exhaust tips, accents/trim on the lower portion of the panels had a great shine and the windows sparkle. I just wish I didn't have to drive it home on the salted up roads...at least it was dry out! I will be a repeat customer for sure. This is the second car they've done, the other had a detail and paint correction and came out awesome. I have to say that the shine from the ceramic is next to none! My 2007 Savana Conversion Van was in dire need of new wheels and tires. I had shopped on the internet and in the big box stores over a couple years time to try to find a good set of wheels. Didn't feel comfortable check boxing options on the internet with hope for the best. The big box stores wanted to fit my vehicle to the wheels they had in stock and their first suggestion was to change my wheels size from a 20 " to something smaller so they could accommodate. The wheels exist for my van but they didn't seem willing to order anything. This was my 3rd visit because the first two the sales technician with wheel knowledge wasn't around. They actually wanted to try what they had in stock on my van? Perhaps people are ok with this? Another big box handed me a catalog but their wheel guy wasn't working that day. This is when I awoke from my wheel and tire acquisition nightmare, and visited Ultimate Car Care. Elaine looked my van over and we talked about wheel and tire specifications. She identified my lug pattern spacing, understood my not wanting to change wheel size for wheel selection purposes. She had knowledge of the impact wheel size change might have on my older drive train components. When I spoke to matching offset to the hub with the old set of wheels to avoid vibration(found in my owners manual) Elaine agreed it a good idea. She instructed me to make a list of 5 wheels I liked that had the specifications we had discussed and told me availability is unpredictable due to covid. I picked 5 with proper specs and the wheel at the top of my list was one of two available. Elaine contacted her wheel person and I made a deposit. The wheels showed in about 10 days and I was contacted to make an appointment to install them on my van. Carlos had pre- mounted and balanced my new wheels perfectly. When this was completed I had my appointment and was in and out in less than 1 hour. I have no doubt of the quality of the wheels and tires I was sold at Ultimate Car Care and the service was so very special. Having tried other options Elaine and Carlos made me feel special understanding the importance of my investment. Their pricing is transparent, competitive and beat any other I found. Ultimate Car Care did an incredible job on my Supercharged Range Rover HSE. I had the entire truck "Blacked-Out" which involved Carlos tediously replacing all silver/aluminum moldings, trim, and badges with black moldings, trim, and badges. It also required painting some exterior body panels with OEM specs and fully detailing the vehicle inside and out. Their pricing was honest, transparent, and competitive; but for me, its truly their workmanship that differentiates them from the competition. UCC did such a great job on my truck that it looked brand new when I arrived to pick it up! I can't say enough good things about Carlos and Elaine, the real VIP btw!!! Thanks to you both for taking such awesome care of me and my vehicle. So glad to have found this dynamic duo and I look forward to bringing my truck back for more upgrades ASAP... Pics to come! I had my car detailed and added the ceramic coating on the exterior. It is a little costly, but so worth it. The interior was extremely clean and the exterior looked great! My car was detailed a couple of months ago and I am still receiving compliments on the shine! I would definitely recommend!

Very happy with the interior detailing job that Ultimate Car Care performed on my 2017 Accord. Dropped off the car the afternoon before, they had it ready at 4:00 PM the next day. The car went in with a persistent "last-owner" smell which would always get stronger in the hot sun with the windows up. Ultimate's detailers thoroughly cleaned the interior and ran an ozone generator inside the car for several hours. When I went to pick it up, the car smelled COMPLETELY neutral! Totally worth the money!
