Great place to have your car or truck washed! They have different wash packages available and they wipe down car afterwards! Great people!!

I brought in my car to get the interior detailed today. I have an all black interior and a white dog, so my carpet was embedded with white dog hair that I have had a hard time removing. The guys here did an excellent job, and my car feels and looks so fresh and clean. They also fit me in in a very short notice. I will definitely be back!

It was speedy and they do have employee to drive Vechicle through for those who might have difficulty. Windows were not washed nor the bottom bumper near back gate. But then too I may have seemed to rush them as I came out of building and I have difficulty walking. Other wise very friendly and helpful.

They are normally VERY good and reasonably priced. Today(2/11/22), they were quite busy. Ordered our usual, ultimate hot wax. Seemed to go through the tunnel much quicker than normal, and didn't seem to get all the waxes, underbody, etc. When we got home...the truck was still pretty dirty...especially underneath. We used our carwash card, and they neglected to give us a receipt. This is the first time we have had a problem with the wash. Very disappointed.

No pressure from the attendant to up sell my car wash. Went in for the basics and that's what I got.. a clean car with hand wipe down and tire shine at the end of the tunnel. I'm not the type for automatic car washes but it was filthy from a recent trip up north on the highway, and I didn't want to dig everything out to wash it at home today in the cold.

We are so thrilled with the quality of work that was performed on our car. We bought it from someone who probably never even thought about cleaning it and were ready to sell it because it was just awful. The staff was so professional and willing to answer any questions and accommodate any requests we had. Now the car looks almost brand new and we can't wait to use their services on future cars

I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of Spotless Auto. I had both my 2008 and later my 2016 Honda’s detailed at this establishment. In both instances, the vehicles looked brand new upon completion. To my own embarrassment , I travel a lot in my car (s) and both cars were admittedly neglected aside from my occasional ride through a car wash. I was amazed that the interiors could be actually cleaned to their original condition. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants quality at a reasonable price. The crew is amazing ! I've always Been happy with my service. Everything is paid before you enter at a kiosk with your card. I'm leaving four stars because if you only have a credit card you do not have any way to tip the staff. Please fix this!

I am a local escort for men in Willimantic and they were unable to remove the fishy odor from my fabric seats of my Nissan Versa bc staff was rude to me I will not be returning for interior cleanings idk about outside ones bc they do those ones good enough

I had an alright experience here. Usually I never take my car to an automatic wash. However, as the temps drop and the salt season hits, sometimes it's necessary to get a quick wash in. This place is fast and efficient. However, I'm not sure if all the services I paid for were performed. Pretty sure it says "tires dressed" on the wash description, but I'm almost positive that didn't take place. Also, the descriptions of the washes seemed a bit misleading. I thought there were no machines used during this process. I think they offer higher priced options to hand wash. But, I did end up using their soft brush auto machine. I didn't notice any scratches or damage to my car and the wash seemed better than other places. I'd check them out again during the winter months when I'm not washing my car by hand.
