Incredible service and help trading in and getting new phones with Michelle and all the girls at 9 Hilldale Ave Haverhill MA!! She was incredibly kind and patient with us, as were all the girls there too! I have never had more efficient and understanding help than these girls right here. I would recommend these girls at the 9 Hilldale Ave Tmobile a thousand times of I could. Words cannot describe how appreciate we are for their help getting our new phones. Michelle did a fantastic job explaining to us all the fine details and more. I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service we had today! Thank you Michelle and all the lovely ladies who helped!

I am a Sprint customer who was struggling to find a T-Mobile location in my area that was offering Sprint services at this time. I'm so happy I found this one! I cannot say enough good about the services I received and the staff that work there. Virdali and Mariela are amazing! They both helped me with a phone upgrade and worked me through every step to help transfer everything. Both of them were not only very knowledgeable, but so kind and fun to talk to. I also noticed them cleaning between clients and after I left. It shows how much they care about the health and safety of others too, which is important with everything going on with COVID in the world right now. Super friendly, very professional, and genuine staff I loved talking to. I am very happy with this T-Mobile location and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for one in the area! :)

I came into the store needing a new phone because my old phone had no service. Vic and Michelle were amazing to work with. Although there were major issues with switching to T-Mobile from sprint, they were so patient and didn’t give up until the issues got resolved. I really appreciate all of their help!

I would recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone. I was hesitant to switch carriers at first. The manager Yq was very knowledgeable and assisted his employees with ease. I saved money, got upgraded, and all costs were explained to me. Who does that ? T mobile that’s who! I left the store feeling grateful and excited about my new iPhone. I would recommend this store all day long.

Yancy was great, he spent HOURS (seriously) trying to resolve a ridiculous problem with our account. He was patient, soft spoken and articulate when dealing with the corporate people, he needed to call to figure stuff out. Other customers who came in while he was trying to resolve our problem , were treated respectfully and he didn’t lose sight of the multiple solutions he was trying to craft. He is a huge asset to the TMobile family.
