I went here today to get a new screen protector and then decided to go for a new case. The woman helping me was very helpful and patient when choosing my case. She even helped me find a dark red case. I would definitely come back to this location when I am due for an upgrade!

I ended up getting a new phone then switched my old iPhone to one of my kids. She also stayed way past the 8pm closing time making sure both phones were all set up and working properly with all data transferred. Definitely our first retail cellphone experience that didn’t leave us frustrated. We felt like we understood everything and that gave us the trust and comfort to make the purchase. Will definitely refer friends and family to this store but primarily to Anisia.

Do not go to this store! They are a scam! They give my an offer for a trade in upgrade. They said it would get credited towards my new phone. Still have no received it, they still have my old phone yet won't give it back claiming they have shipped it. I have made several calls. Please avoid this place.

I have to add that I went to Peabody first and was turned away stating they were short-staffed (yet had far more people working there) and were taking appointments only. ??? Verizon needs to hire more people!

I wasn’t sure I knew my password so she helped me reset it for the cloud which saved me! I have been telling everyone at work they must go to your store in Beverly on Dodge street as it was so easy and Kat was amazing!!! Thank you so much again!!!

I wasn’t sure I knew my password so she helped me reset it for the cloud which saved me!
