These two employees were fabulous! Each has taken care of issues I have had . Craig Burley a few months ago and then again today. No annoying attitude so pleasantly willing to help!! I have to say that alone..... that willingness to help was a Godsend to me. I have been very frustrated with my phone. That would Have been the last thing I needed, Especially where I had that when I bought the phone in Avon. Grrrr. Another story on that! Last Saturday I had to have my new phone info transfered . Verizon on the phone determined I needed a new phone. Ryan Reaper was amazing. I can't tell you enough how pleassant he was and how fast I had this done and on my way!! Amazing! Keep these two and honestly. Give them a raise! I am one happy Verizon customer once again!

Good day, Finally, I stopped by the Abington Verizon to upgrade my iPhone 5. When I first called, I spoke with Craig who has wonderful customer service skills. I was not disappointed when I went into the store… he was just as wonderful in person. Craig was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was dreading getting a new phone but he made the experience so easy and I will definitely go back to the store for anything phone related! I recently switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile and needed to replace my 5-year old phone as well. I was kind of dreading the experience, and hoping I wasn't going to be upsold a dozen other things I didn't need in the process. Ryan was EXTREMELY helpful from the very beginning. When my company was having trouble with the PIN I needed to port my number over, he stayed on top of it with Verizon, and helped me figure out what might be needed if we wanted to switch over to Fios from Xfinity as well. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was 100% working and good, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend coming into this store!
