Good day, Finally, I stopped by the Abington Verizon to upgrade my iPhone 5. When I first called, I spoke with Craig who has wonderful customer service skills. I was not disappointed when I went into the store… he was just as wonderful in person. Craig was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was dreading getting a new phone but he made the experience so easy and I will definitely go back to the store for anything phone related! First time for me shopping here. Was ok. I got about a third carriage full of items I needed. And I got looks from a couple of employees as if they are thinking why am I getting as much stuff as I am and I didn't feel too welcome I may be back but not anytime soon if at all. Don, Extreme Car Owner, runs an excellent customer focused business. Don reviewed the stereo choices for our CarPlay installation. His team installed a CarPlay system in our Nissan Rouge with no surprises and his price was less than originally quoted due to us giving him some parts that he use in the installation, very customer sensitive in reducing our cost. Don's store was fantastic with many music memorabilia that was so interesting and Don's insight behind the memorabilia is priceless and free of charge 😊.
