Don, Extreme Car Owner, runs an excellent customer focused business. Don reviewed the stereo choices for our CarPlay installation. His team installed a CarPlay system in our Nissan Rouge with no surprises and his price was less than originally quoted due to us giving him some parts that he use in the installation, very customer sensitive in reducing our cost. Don's store was fantastic with many music memorabilia that was so interesting and Don's insight behind the memorabilia is priceless and free of charge 😊. We are very pleased with the CarPlay equipment and our full experience at Extreme Car Audio. We would highly recommend Don's team for this type of equipment transition for safety and enjoyment.

Went in this morning for the first time to see about getting a new apple car play radio as I just bought an older car. I chose the one I liked, they told me the price and they even installed it right then! Everyone was super friendly and they did an amazing job installing the new radio!

VERY HONEST people. I was prepared to purchase another automatic starter system for $400. Don told me they may be able to repair the one I currently had in place (stopped working after electrical damage/dealer repair). In less than 5 minutes my current system was working (“it needed to be reprogrammed”). You expect a business to be straightforward and honest but are actually surprised when you encounter one. I’m a travel nurse so I’m not in one place but they have definitely earned my trust.

WOW...Wow...wow! Super nice guys who know their stuff. Dropped my Jeep Cherokee off for new remote starter because factory installed quit. Amazing customer service and install is perfect. Totally recommend if you want great service and the job done right!

Bought a used Subaru Forester and wanted to install a remote car starter. Called the dealership and they were of little help so I called Extreme Audio. It's a manual transmission and he had to shop around for a unit that would work with my car. He took extra time and care to make sure I could properly operate my remote start. It's been in since August and I am so happy that I made the decision to have it in stalled and that the staff there really cares about customers.

My first time dealing with these guys and I was very pleased for a couple reasons. I recently purchased my double din stereo and everything to go in it at Best Buy where I then made an appointment to have it installed a week later just to get there and them rip my dash apart saying it couldn'tbe done. Frustrated, I called Extreme Car Audio early morning. They had me go there immediately. I left my truck and they had it done in an 1 or so very reasonably priced. Everything works great! They also pulled my wife's car in the shop to reconnect her automatic starter which another business installed improperly, had to disconnect it, and tell me it'll take them 3 weeks to reconnect it. These guys fixed it out of generosity within 2 minutes. We left left extremely happy. This review is well deserved and I highly recommend Extreme Car Audio if you want it done right!! I had a really positive experience with Extreme Car Audio this week. Had made an appointment to get a remote starter installed by a guy from craigslist and he flaked out (Just-In Audio, Wareham). Called Extreme in the morning and spoke to the owner Don. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He fit me in that day and had a great Viper remote starter installed pretty fast (less than an hour). He also explained how it works, some tech behind it, and gave me the reassurance of a good shop being behind the install vs a fly by night guy. Not to mention it ended up being the same price as the other guy with better hardware (VIPER). Thanks Don and his guys!

I called Extreme Car Audio to purchase and have installed a Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX. I gave my credit card for a deposit so that the Pioneer and car kit could be ordered. We set up a date and time for me to bring my car in - first thing in the morning, so that I could wait while the work was done. I impressed on the owner that my schedule and location was such that I couldn't drop off my car. No problem - come in first thing, and it should take about an hour. They were very happy to charge $650 on my card for the deposit. The week I am scheduled to bring my car in - I get a call to say that they haven't been able to get the 8200 - but they could install the 8100 model. I agreed, since I didn't have another time to get the work done. On the agreed date - I arrived at the shop - where I find that I am not listed to wait while the work is done. The person at the counter gives me the "it's not my fault - the GUY didn't write you down as waiting - and there are two guys in ahead of you. Can you leave it?" Well - I'm 45 minutes away - and I can't LEAVE it. Absolutely horrible experience and I would NEVER shop here or recommend the business to anyone.

Once you walk in to the Extreme Car Audio showroom you will be instantly impressed. The showroom gives you so many options of speakers to not only see, but also to hear. They have cheaper speakers for someone who might want a small upgrade to their current system, and they have amazing expensive high-quality speakers to give your car the best system it can have...and they have everything in between. I brought my car in to upgrade the sound system. I ended up with the Focal K2 Power speakers. I did not know that this was the system that I wanted, but Mike worked with me to explain what I would get out of it and the best part was the speakers were right in the showroom so I could listen to what the speakers sounded like before they were installed. I fell in love with these speakers once I heard them, and that is the best part about the store...the ability to hear the system you want before you get it installed. Mike gives you all the information you could possibly want about any of the systems in the whole store, so you feel comfortable with spending what you want, and knowing that you will get the quality that you want. You don't have to be an expert on sound or sound systems...Mike will give you all the info you need to make an educated decision on what will work best for you. There is never any pressure when you go to Extreme Car Audio, it's very relaxed environment there. I spent almost 3 hours in the store just going over option before I decided to spend the money. It's a great feeling to have security when going to a place where you will spend your money, and you can find that at Extreme Car Audio. If you ever think once about upgrading your sound system, I encourage you to stop by the store and look at your options, because I bet that once you step in the store, you will fall in love with one of the amazing systems they have on display.
