Had a brief conversation on the phone with an issue i was having, the manager of all people took the time to give me step by step on what to try and diagnose the issue. Turned out it was just a blown fuse. I never actually made it into the shop but i own 3 vehicles and when i get around to having an alarm or stereo installed im 100% going here. Its getting harder and harder to get this type of help out there and im glad i called them.

Came here today to get a stereo installation… the owner of the place is professional and polite. If I can rate this more than a 5 star I give this place 10 stars. I recommend anyone who needs to get their stereo installed or subroofers. Him and his employees get the job done right and fast.

Came here because I seen this place had a 4.9 star rating and good reviews. so I booked an appointment from the owner and came in for my subwoofer installation and a steering wheel control install at 10am. I came in and not one employee came out to say how am I doing. I waited about 30 minutes for a guy to finally come help me. After telling them I had an appointment with the receipt paper the owner gave me, the employees looked confused because the owner is lazy and didn’t put me on the schedule. 40 minutes go by and I still haven’t handed the keys to these guys. Finally after the scheduling was fixed after they called the owner I told them I didn’t want the steering wheel control install because they were finessing me to pay $125 for that. So instead of paying a whopping $325, I was now paying $150 to install the subs. A reasonable price especially since it fit my schedule and wasn’t like other places upcharging $200+ for subs installation. After asking the employee when it could be done the employee said “I don’t know, We close at 6, we’ll call you by then” (Very professional wink, wink). While the owner told me it’s a 10-2pm appointment, so now I know they don’t go by their words. 2pm kicks in and I get a call from them telling me I have to pay $225 for the installation because they are opening my radio which costs an extra $75 LOL. I already had bad vibes from this place the minute I walked in & knew they didn’t deserve my business. This place is like any other car sounds store. Plain Ripoffs with uncharged prices from lazy workers. I don’t know how this place has such good reviews. Don’t come here you’ll waste your time like I did and hard earned money.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very knowledgable people about sound upgrades and are more than fair with pricing. Went for a subwoofer upgrade but my system still lacked low end frequencies generated by the subwoofer so they installed a bass restoration kit which fixed everything. I couldn't be any happier. Definitely sending friends and family their way.

Can't say enough about these guys. I came in looking to get all the speakers in my wrangler replaced and add in an amp and sub and they did an amazing job. Clean workmanship, cleaned my car when they were done, and the price was definitely right. I won't say what it was but it was significantly less that what Best Buy quoted me. On top of that, there were some issues with getting my seat out to install the amp so it took them an extra day to finish everything and they didn't charge me a cent above what I was quoted for the additional labor. Honest, stand-up guys are running this place and you can tell they've been working with car audio forever so they're super knowledgeable. I originally purchased all my speakers/hardware online but I'll definitely be going here for any future audio purchases/installation. Owner is a real salt of the earth kinda guy too, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have audio work done on their vehicle. I really thought Best Buy was gonna be the easiest/cheapest way to go but this place is way better and Best Buy can go sit on a traffic cone.
