Came here today to get a stereo installation… the owner of the place is professional and polite. If I can rate this more than a 5 star I give this place 10 stars. Major kudos for the kind and pleasant woman working two registers at once. This UPS store is in a busy location with long lines and what appears to be under staffing. They have most services here but if you just need to ship a pre-labeled package, you’re better off going to a UPS access point. There are a lot of boxes all over the store. ~Jaye

Great place to shop. They leave you alone, and the homeless man there even opens the door for you and says "God bless you" even if you do not give him a gift of mercy. The staff is helpful whenever you request anything. I've gone in wearing saccloth (looking a hot mess) and they give me whatever item I want treating me as a person. I go in there with a suit and get treated the same way as i get treated when I look a mess. WE NEED MORE COMPANIES THAT BEHAVE THIS WAY! ~Cornell

WORST WALGREENS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Bring back the Rite-Aid, at least they carried everything as suppose to this Walgreen's that is awful, awfully run and one of the employees doesn't even display customer service. Most residents in the neighboring area are displeased with this Walgreens. It has gone downhill. ~Kim

Sounds strange to have a favorite gas station, but I really do love Speedway. Their point system is awesome. I feel like I'm getting free stuff almost every other visit! Plus I love their coffee, even though it went up a whole dollar recently. It's still worth it!!! Clean store with friendly staff. Can't go wrong. ~Arthur

I was very happy to find this store right around the corner from where we are living. Very, very clean and so well organized. Great prices, ( you are paying a little extra for convenience, a very little) and friendly clerk. Nothing was expired and I found everything I was looking for. Very unresponsive and rude. I rented a car with Budget, picked it up at 1 bennette st location but had to get the car towed because of a small accident. It's been 36 hours since it's been towed and I was not given any update since then. I called them multiple times and the only answer they give me is that they can't give me any information (they themselves don't have any information). A couple of times when I called some representatives said they'll transfer the call to a person who can give me more info and they hung up on me. The towing services was very quick with their work. They returned the car to the location that the rental company asked them to (Budget rental services asked the towing company to return the car to a different location than what I chose as return location while booking). I was told by the towing services that the car was returned to Avis servicing center (apparently Avis and Budget are owned by the same entity). When I called Budget customer service a few minutes back they said they don't know which location the car is (HOW CAN THEY NOT IF IT'S ONE OF THEIR OWN SERVICING CENTERS???) and he also doesn't know when the car will be fixed and returned to the original location. But he had the audacity to tell me that they'll charge me until the car is returned to the return location I chose. Firstly they don't communicate among themselves, they don't give any useful information to the customer and they also charge the customer for their delays. As it is takes me forever to get through the automated service and get a hold of a person every single time I call, and when I do manage to get a hold of a person this is what happens? This is a very frustrating experience and I don't think I'll ever rent a car with them again. ~Lavanya

TD bank did not honor a bonus for new account that I opened following their online add promising a $300 bonus after setting up eligible direct deposit into the account. I opened the account in June 2021 after seeing an online ad promising the said bonus. The same promotion is still ongoing on their website and I saved a screenshot of it. I opened the account online, and after a few weeks, found it strange that my salary was not showing up in the account. I contacted my employer and then found out that the money cannot be deposited into the account because TD has suspended my account pending review, and required me to verify my identity in person in their branches - of course, without telling me any of the above and I only found out after actively calling the bank. I went to the TD branch office in Harvard Sq. around 10am, and had to wait for an hour, because a supervisor "was on her way" (great working hours). After verifying my information, they told me that I should be all set and it would not affect my eligibility of the online promotion. Fast forward to October 2021, I started to wonder again where the promised $300 bonus was. I sent quite a few secured messages to TD, and they tried to put if off every time: at first, they said that I need to check after 140 days, and then after that mark was met, I was told that they are "actively reviewing" the claim, and that the mailed in promotion for the bonus event was addressed to another person in my household (which should be relevant, since I responded to the online ad that is open to anyone) and later, said that because I "opened the account in person in a branch" I was not eligible for the bonus, which completely disregarded the timeline of the event recorded through a trail of secured messages and phone calls. Given that there are so many reputable banks serving this area, if you are considering opening an account and get promotional bonus, skip this one and look somewhere else - save yourself the headache! ~Lizzie

We have conducted a study to see how the bank tellers are treating the minorities. This bank was one of the worst in the city. They have interrogated and discriminated the international students. Especially Ethan is the worst bank teller has been ever seen in this perspective. BE AWARE. Do NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT in this hostile bank. If you have an account, close it as soon as possible. ~M
