I was in a few weeks ago to switch from a family plane to first responders plan I found out there was an error on the transfer over so I met with Austin and Chris they took the time to make all the corrections needed. We shared some good laughs.i want to say Thank You again.

Austin was great! He helped my dad get a new phone, placed us on a new and better family plan, let us know about military and Senior citizen discounts, was knowledgeable, courteous and funny. I'll go back there just to say hi to him. That's my AT&T store now. For his efforts, I gave him some of my fries. LOL! Keep up the good work Austin. Ken was awesome! Fast efficient and knowledgeable. Very friendly and personable. I have never had such a smooth experience at any other AT&T store or any other carriers store ever!

Go to another AT&T store or get everything in writing and check your bill asap I have been an AT&T customer and I never had issues with AT&T until I went to this store. Don't go to this AT&T store or at least get everything in writing and check your bill asap. They will mislead you by giving you a verbal promotion and then sell you a significantly inferior promotion. Once the purchase has been made, they will deny giving you the verbal promotion. Make sure to get everything in writing and preferably signed. I highly recommend spending an extra ~10min to drive to another AT&T store that are significantly more helpful, caring, and nicer. I recommend the one in Tewksbury, who helped resolve all my issues within an hour after spending 6+ months going to this store to try and resolve the same issue. Go to another AT&T store or get everything in writing and check your bill asap
