Went in to use the public notary and the guy named PAUL refused to notarize a document making up a policy that is was for members only-not true. He then was arrogant and said he doesn’t have to do anything if he doesn’t feel like it, by far the most unprofessional employee this bank could have. This was all after him making me wait 30 minutes while he made a personal call sitting in his car. The cooperate number i called was outraged by PAULS arrogant horrible attitude. Needless to say don't be a PAUL ~Chris

Great staff, friendly & they try hard but they need to get there car audio knowledge & section ugraded, hooked me up with everything else I needed though even matching spray paint but I had to go back & forth multiple times because not alot was on stock, go see Vinny, he's the man ~Kai

Austin was great! He helped my dad get a new phone, placed us on a new and better family plan, let us know about military and Senior citizen discounts, was knowledgeable, courteous and funny. I'll go back there just to say hi to him. That's my AT&T store now. For his efforts, I gave him some of my fries. LOL! Keep up the good work Austin. Absolutely adore this nail salon. I was just there again yesterday! The staff is beyond nice and never make me feel rushed out. The gentleman took his time with my nails and made sure they came out perfect and the way I like. I would highly recommend!! ~Josalyne

Seriously do NOT waste your time. I've lived in Billerica my whole life and recently came back to visit my parents after graduating college. I was craving some pizza and went to this dominos because it has sentimental value for me (I've been coming here for years). I ordered online a SIMPLE small pizza and when I went to pick it up (after the website saying it was ready). When I got there, the lady did not even start it. I walked in, she fumbled around, then said that she would make the pizza on the spot. She left it in the oven for too long (the store was literally empty so I dont know how she forgot about it). I had to remind her and then she drenched it with hot sauce. It was hands down the worst pizza from Domino's I have ever had. So upsetting. ~PK

I had gone to someone different for my last oil change, and when I went to AT & T to get my most recent oil change, I was told I had almost no oil in my car. I have never had this happen with oil changes I had had at AT & T....Never again, I will drive the extra distance to get the truth, a good deal, and friendly service! I had my air conditioning recharged there 2000 miles ago it stopped blowing cold recently went back in and they found a loose Schrader valve recharged the cooling system and did not charge me anything. You can't ask for better service than that. ~Tyrone
