CVS staff was lovely. The pharmacist though is by far one of the rudest people I have ever had to interact with. All I did was act surprised that The prescription wasn’t filled and then she completely snapped on me for no reason. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The other two women working with her seemed absolutely miserable as she berated them with her rudeness and indecency. The date is 12/1/22 and my interaction with her was at 8:15 am. So I can’t even say that she has spent the day or week being bothered by customers. I want to write what I really think she was being but because this is a public platform I’ll just say it not a nice word at all. CVS you should be somewhat embarrassed to have someone like this on your team. Again rude not just rude customers but also to her staff in front of her customers.
