Worst service and worst management .They misbehave and management does not do anything .Management got changed and they are horrible .I will not go here and it’s horrible experience for me .When I ask any question that guy stopped cutting hair . When I complain to management , they are saying that what they can do as it’s long day for that person who s cutting the hair .Horrible experience and horrible service . Zero star

Ms. Carolyn is super kind, humble and have great experience. Great clips at Bedford messed up my hair, but she fixed it to the core. I never gave tip as much as I gave her to anyone.

I used a prepaid gift card and was accidentally charged twice for just one haircut. The stylist had assured me that the money was applied back to the card. However, a couple of months later I discovered that it was not applied correctly and my balance was not adjusted. I have contacted Customer Service five times by phone and e-mail and each time they keep saying that the salon owner will reach out to me. It has been a month and I haven’t heard anything. This salon overcharged me and has not corrected the issue. Service: Haircut

Definetly not coming back. The guy (who's name starts with a C), cut the top unevenly, missed around my ear and didn't blend the sides correctly. Another employees kid came in and this guys was making jokes about checking the kid for purple like or dilated pupils. He kept asking me about marijuana shops and what I thought about them. I was very uncomfortable. I paid another salons to fix it because I didn't want to deal with them again. Worth the money. They couldn't believe I left like that and had to redo the whole thing. I'm postingng pictures of where they screwed up along with before and after of the two haircuts.

I wish I had read the reviews before getting a haircut from the gray haired lady with glasses. My hair is long and I had come for a cut after an year. I was really excited and looking forward for a new look. I asked her for suggestions and the reply was "due to the length and texture of your hair there is nothing much I can do". Finally I decided to go with layers and she pulled my hair in every direction to cut my hair. It was really painful! At the end, my hair was shorter but there was nothing different and I was really disappointed. I just wanted a new look and I didn't get that and wasted my hair and money! I had great experiences with other members before. I will wait for a few months and go to some other place .
