Horrible. I walked in with a beautiful mane of hair and walked out with a chopped up uneven mess . I asked for the woman who had cut my hair so beautifully several months ago, and the woman who answered the phone seemed to hesitate and said , " Maybe you would like to try her sister" . I wasn't sure that I heard her correctly, and , as I began to tell her this, she quickly said, "Never mind" . My hair was still wet when I left, and it wasn't until I got home that I saw what she had done to my hair. I give excellent tips, and I gave her ten dollars as I had done before. The last time, a very gracious woman said "thank-you". The woman who cut my hair didn't even look up. I.handed her a twenty and told her to just give me ten back. Without lookin up she just said , quietly to me, "alright "
