the lady who did my toes cut me more than one time, didn’t care to apologize and went way too aggressive. im beyond disappointed and i will not be returning or even recommending this place. im disgusted Service: Pedicures

I had the most awful experience. I got my nails done three days ago and I got a refill. One nail came off today and it wasn’t even hit on anything. When I got them done she told me I couldn’t get a refill and then I had to get a new set and I said no I wanted a refill like I usually do at other places and this is my first time there. She barely took off any of the color that was already there and she just covered it with the new stuff. She didn’t shorten my nails at all or offered two and then she charged me $50 for what she did. I then proceeded to call the salon today because the nail fell off and they told me they could not give me a refund but they could do that one nail for free. I explained that I wanted them off completely and I wanted a refund because I was just getting them off at this point anyways but the fact that they lasted me three days rather than three weeks is insane. The fact that the work wasn’t done correctly and they can’t refund for a mistake that was made is crazy . Service: Acrylic nails

Absolutely adore this nail salon. I was just there again yesterday! The staff is beyond nice and never make me feel rushed out. The gentleman took his time with my nails and made sure they came out perfect and the way I like. I would highly recommend!!

Very bad service, took so long for waxing and the lady is not at all cooperative and they even cost very much than the price they mentioned in the website and they took twice the cost ,And the staff are very rude please take precautions if you visit there for any kind of service and I would never ever visit it again location is Billerica MA Horrible !!! Painful waxing took around 1 hr 15 mins for full arm wax 😱 the person was so rude while doing wax . This location is very bad ..Dont go with online prices it showed 35 for waxing and charged me around 60 when i asked them they told that they have not updated those are old prices 🤦♀️ They are arguing with us why dont you ask for price when you enter.and I would have given 0 stars but i have dont have option to do so..

Arrived at Pro Nails & Spa intending to get pedicure; a man told me they were busy (two staffs with 2 customers - one each) and to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived later they had 4 customers receiving services with the same 2 people working there. He rudely asked "pick a color!". A that moment it hit me that I didn't look like their clientele and was not welcomed there. I turned around with my curly hair, tan skin and said "Thank you; I' won't stay".

Best nail salon anywhere better than Boston. Place is spotlessly clean, follows all the COVID precautions. I feel very comfortable there AND they don’t just clean the bowl for pedicures they change the plastic lining. Very clean . And LAM IS THE BEST. Does a beautiful job really professional and beautiful. Love this place.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. First of all I had a $10 tip upfront because I am an African-American woman and unfortunately in suburban areas I do not get the greatest service. She skipped a lot of steps also left a lot of acrylic underneath my nails to the point where my real nails cannot breathe and it's hard to get dirt from underneath them because the thick acrylic covering them so now I think an infection is beginning as you can see in the above picture. My nails are all different sizes they don't match the other finger and the paint started coming off after one day because she only went over it once.I also have big dents in my nails so she didn't put the acrylic fully. The customer service was also horrible because I sat under the dryer for over 45 minutes without being told when to go I had to ask myself while others were being told to leave after 10 minutes the most and getting their hands lotioned. She just hollered at me to leave I did not get the same treatment as other customers.

I got my nails done 4 days ago. Let me start by saying the ladies inside were kind. I didn't realise but they were soon to close, but let me in still, which may have been the reason I got the outcome I did. When I left I noticed that a messy job was done. There was polish on my finger tips and my nails weren't cleaned or trimmed properly. That night a sliver of my index finger's nail ripped off, making it uneven. The nails started to fade by the next day. The colour is off. It has a green/yellow blur to it. I'm not sure the products they use are high quality. My toe nails have tons of air bubbles in them and also polish is on my skin. I would have rather paid more for a clean and better job done.

Absolutely terrible. The lady stood there while I picked out colors and was pressuring me to pick one. She rushed my acrylics, and cut them way to short. I asked her politely to please make them longer before she put the acrylic on. She simply looked at me and kept going like I never said a thing. She then, pulled out her phone and called someone and was on the phone for about 15 minuets. She did not clean up the nail polish on my skin around my nails. $30 down the drain.
