I called and made a lash appointment I had my child with me and they had me waiting over an hour just for the lady to do someone else. After I waited with my kid. She does nice lashes but she's very rude and over books herself she should not make appointments with people and not come through for them. Also there's a guy in there that keeps insisting & raising his voice for me to sit down I had to let him know about himself which I should not have to do.

I always go to the guy and bring a picture for a reference of what I want and he does a great job!! He's very patient and listens to what I want too. This place is less expensive than other area nail salons too and they welcome walk in clients.

I did my eyebrows and said to clean it up and the reshaped my beautiful thick eyebrows into very thin eyebrows with two different shapes the ends were so thin and sharp and put high up i broke down I had perfect eyebrows that just had a little bit of hairs around it

1st time experience was ok.2nd time Lisa nail tech was more interested in doing eyelashes at $90 than even finish my nails.so another lady tried to finish them only to notice a blob on A nail and she was upset i mentioned it. 45 mnts wait every time due to eyelash. Applications.

I have went through three owners and never had a problem. Since this new owner I have had nothing but problems. My nails are either pitted or they pop off, not done correctly. They are rude and don't understand English and when you sit down they speak there language the whole time your there. When you complain they say we fix $25.00 dollars. Why would I pay for something that they did. Not happy at all. Price is reasonable but I would rather pay a little more for good customer service and someone to talk to me while I'm have my nails done correctly. Not A Happy Customer!!!!

I give one star ⭐️ because i can’t give cero star; the service was extremely bad, the person who worked with me was new!! but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was that after she make of my nails a mess (a really bad job), the owner didn’t care about my complain or try to apologize or bring an experience worker to fix the problem, in the other hand she try to give me a cupón that i throw in the trash 🗑 in front of them. I advice the people that care about a great customer service and a job well done for the money you pay, to don't go to this place; I feel really bad because the person who identified herself as owner didn’t care!!
