Had to ship out a package today and I had the pleasure of dealing with Tonya. While she had a plaque at her station that said "Clerk in training. Please be patient." I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!

I got a notification that my package was delivered but it wasn't. I contacted the Post Office and Lisa told me she would look into it. At 5:30pm she called saying she had the package and personally delivered it to me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Arrived at 4:55. Had an envelope that required a customs form. They told me to come back in the morning because they were closing soon. Which was 5pm. Great example of tax dollars at work.

The big fat guy with the glasses that work there keep re sending my pay checks back to resender and my license driver's license that I waited for back to sender, I know who is doing it our address was changed on Jan 18 and it should of went in and not invalid. You should be fired! You don't throw away ppl mail ,mail does not have a expired date come on now I waited a month for my pay check and driver license from the registry and he re send it back to sender. That's actually against the law throwing away my mail saying there a date on it when it's not A expiration date on mail first of all, and every time we go there to try to straighten it out they yell at me and my husband. 😠

Called to report a missing package. Was told they definitely delivered it even though tracking showed two other packages I received that day were delivered a half hour after the missing one. After I called, the two delivered later were changed to the delivery time of the missing one. Suspicious? You bet. Hope someone at the post office is happy with the kid's clothes they 'delivered.'

I had a package being mailed to me from VA. with the wrong street name on it. The staff looked up the tracking number and asked the local delivery drivers to keep an eye out for it. Well they did and it was delivered to my address the next day. Great job Bellingham Post Office!!!! Great Staff!!!!

They're lucky Google makes you give atleast 1 star..... The Post Master woman who works there needs to find a new job that is not working with the public!! Does not know how to talk to someone without always needing to #1 get the last word in #2 Cannot let the customer speak without speaking over them! #3 Even her own employees that work under her tell customers that she is the rudest person they have ever worked for and #4 She tries using the race card since as a black woman she works in an upscale white town and you can just see the hate in her eyes and hear it in her voice! Something needs to be done about this woman ASAP because she is doing nothing but treating people in the town like garbage!!

I constantly get mail that belongs to someone on a completely different street (same number). I've had pieces of mail from the IRS never make it to my mailbox as well as birthday cards with gift cards inside just vanish ( more than once). I watched the mailwoman write up a " we tried to deliver" notice from my living room window and she never left her mail truck. The other day they just drove right by my house so I assume no mail today, but when I went to the post office later to puck up another undelivered package there was a second package that apparently they tried to delever that day... even though I watched them DRive Right By my House. What the heck is going on with the postal service?
