Extraordinarily disappointed. I attempted to ship a package via Fed Ex on a Saturday, as my normal shipping place was closed this past weekend. At no time was I told the simple fact that the Saturday shipments had already been picked up earlier that day and my urgent package was going to sit in the store until sometime Monday. While somewhat understandable that on a Saturday afternoon they could not tell me precise delivery schedule to another country, it is inexcusable to me that they did not say I was going to lose 2 days before it even started. That information would have allowed me to make a better choice. I will be very unlikely to return to this store.

Guy there told me the post office was cheaper for my specific purchase. The honesty was outstanding and he also spent time helping me even though I wasn't going to make the purchase at this location.

Great experience and location. I went to the UPS store down the street before and they tried charging me $80… I picked up my stuff and came right here to the postal center and they only charged me $15 and it was shipped via UPS. From now on I’ll only ship from here. The staff is always so helpful too

This is the best shipping store around. So nice and they tape for you if necessary. Very efficient all around. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with lines because there are never lines when I go.

Every time I've needed something - shipping, printing, packing - over the last 10 years the customer service has been great. When so many other businesses these days seem too eager to tell you what they can't do for you, this place is the exact opposite. They still can do whatever you need from this type of operation and always do it gladly. Yesterday I called to say I had a 40 pound package I needed to return to Wayfair and I had a prepaid label. Based on two recent experiences at UPS stores in Walpole and Franklin, I was afraid they would say they couldn't take it because the shipping and packaging was already done/prepaid (therefore, I believe, no opportunity this time to generate income) - or that it was too heavy or something. Instead the gentleman said pleasantly, sure, bring it on in; if you need some help, park outside the door and we'll bring it in for you. True to his word, he came right out when I arrived and the other gentleman working there held the door for us. Will go out of my way to only go here from now on :)

Never waited in line, always see a friendly and smiling face behind the counter, fast service, are some of the reasons why I go there and not the postal office downtown where I know I will have to wait in line.

I moved away and anytime I had to ship stuff I vocally missed this place. These guys do everything, are super friendly, and not pushy. You occasionally get stuck in lines here, but you'll get that possibility at any shipping place. Copy and printing services are also available, as well as mail box service. Way cheaper than "the ups store" across town, and they still offer ups pickup and shipping.
