Extraordinarily disappointed. I attempted to ship a package via Fed Ex on a Saturday, as my normal shipping place was closed this past weekend. At no time was I told the simple fact that the Saturday shipments had already been picked up earlier that day and my urgent package was going to sit in the store until sometime Monday. While somewhat understandable that on a Saturday afternoon they could not tell me precise delivery schedule to another country, it is inexcusable to me that they did not say I was going to lose 2 days before it even started. That information would have allowed me to make a better choice. I will be very unlikely to return to this store. ~Jeff

So I had lost my license and only had a copy on my phone and needed to cash a check from the law office in the same building and I must say two employees at this branch went above and beyond to be super kind and accommodating and caring about my situation. Manisone Bounsavato was the woman that waited on me and she was awesome and asked if it was ok to Mr.Gary Donelan who actually went upstairs to the law firm to personally ask if they vouched that I had just received a check for refund and that it was me! Thank you Gary Donelan and miss Manisone for your unexpected kindness and help in this dire time of need! If I lived in the area I would open a bank account at this location just because they were so helpful and caring! God bless them both and thank you to both of you for going above and beyond for helping me out because it’s kind people like yourselves that make a difference in these trying times! Let me tell you something the women in this bank are without a doubt the most kind, and friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My dog loves it here & he comes home so tired & happy! He has a lot of energy so he needs the rotation type of play that Happy Tails offers in the different play yards. He also needed some confidence socializing so it’s been a great help . The staff are super friendly & always a pleasure to talk with! They are very helpful & always understanding of the rotating schedules in my family when I book daycare. Thank you for such a great place for Murphy!!! ~Erin

A lot of equipment and things to do. Could use more maintenance help. Childcare is nice but would be more convenient if hours were longer and I could go earlier or later or at lunch time would definitely go more. Nice splash ground and outdoor pool area. Youth programs fill up too fast for me to sign my little ones up for. ~Mike

Just go to CVS 1 mim down the road. Walgreens never picks up phone, meds alot of the time are " out of stock" and most,not all, of the pharmacists are always annoyed with everyone including me even with very simple and courteous questions. You know what, grow up or choose a new career then. Counter help and mcphs kids are really good. You know what, let them take over. ~aaron
