I was never at this branch but apparently West Hatfield had my Chemo medication “STUCK” there for 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 10/9/21 and I did not receive it until now Monday 10/12/21 @ 9:45 am. I DID NOT KNOW THAT FED EX CLOSES. The only people I could speak with were in Tennessee and I’m in NH and the package was a short driving distance away in MA. I am not aloud to drive per my Oncologist and therefore could not pick it up myself. This medication is delivered to me monthly so I hope that they get it to me OVERNIGHT like the pharmacy has shipped it for months. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I feel this one could not go unnoticed. I guess there is one funny ( pathetic) thing out of all this. Yesterday, when the medication was 2 DAYS LATE I just happened to looked out the upstairs window and saw the FED EX TRUCK leaving. I hurried downstairs to get my medication. When I opened the door here is this huge box of daffodil bulbs! I know I need to get them in the ground before it freezes but it’s early October! I guess this was the closest thing they could find that was going to my house that had time restraints! WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY WERE THINKING!! I’m glad i finally got my medication 3DAYS LATE BUT I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH FED EX AND THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DANGEROUS. My doctor confirmed this morning that I can start 3 days late but doesn’t want it to happen regularly. Oh, BTW, I couldnt have ordered it any earlier because of insurance. Gotta love the system.

The woman that works the desk (during the week) does not belong in a "customer service" position! Rude and unaccommodating. If, God forbid, I ever have to use this location to drop off a package again, I will go on the weekend. The woman that works on Saturdays is pleasant and accommodating.

People need to understand that FedEx EXPRESS is NOT the same as FedEx GROUND or FedEx HOME DELIVERY. The couriers that work out of this West Hatfield station are FedEx EXPRESS and have never let me down once. They actually care about getting your package to you safely and as fast as they possibly can.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars, as they have been completely and totally unable to do their job. You are a delivery company, I would expect that you know how to deliver a package. Clearly you do not. The driver left a sticker on my garage saying he was unable to deliver the package. The garage is not attached to the house, he made no attempt to see if we were home to sign. We were home, and rearranged our day to accept the package (a Christmas present that needed to be signed for). We have two dogs, who bark at everything, but did not alert us that the driver apparently had snuck into the driveway. Any movement near or around the house would have triggered a lot of barking, there was none. This driver simply was unable or unwilling to do his job, for whatever reason. The options we were given was to drive about an hour each way to pick up the package after 615 P.M. or try the whole saga again tomorrow. Customer service, and I use that term very lightly, were no help when I called and they said because of the "high volume of business" there was no manager available to speak to. Probably because they literally have no idea how to do their VERY simple jobs. I will specifically be looking to order from businesses who use UPS or USPS in the future!
