I highly recommend going to Northampton Tire after the experience I just had. The wheel bearing on my Accord was making a ton of very unpleasant noise after hitting a pothole and they fixed it and got me in and out in the same day, literally within hours. They didn't try to upsell me on anything else and were extremely straightforward, it was excellent. The staff is friendly, communicative and does great work. The car drives and feels great now. It was really affordable and lightning quick. Definitely going to be be taking my car to them from now on for any issues I have.

Called the shop a day in advance for simple tire repair, however when I arrived at the designated time, I was rudely denied service until the next day, and was told that it wouldn’t even be ready until the very end of the following day. I took my business elsewhere and the other shop had the tire fixed and ready for me in less than 20 min. I do NOT recommend Northampton Tire for emergency repair situations. Very disappointing, unreliable service, and unfriendly staff.

My daughter was stranded at U-Mass yesterday when she got a piece of metal in a tire in her Porsche. We looked for a reputable place close by to tow it to and Northampton Tire had the best and most reviews. I called them as soon as they opened this morning and they were already aware of the car, took my info and an hour later was daughter was able to get back home to Connecticut with the brand new Pirelli Scorpion tire patched at a very reasonable price. Many thanks to Brandon and the crew at Northampton Tire, they surely deserve all of the highly positive ratings!

If you're looking to get you're car serviced this IS the place. They will help you out and charge a reasonable amount for the labor. They took locking lugs off my roommates car for free when our lug key broke. Friendly and professional. Will only have the work on my car done there from now on.

They were very professional and took good care of me. Only thing was it was $700 on my card complete and it won't up costing a little over $800 because of programming and so on But they explained everything I would go back

Not affordable. Prices are exceedingly high and staff aren't the friendliest. Cheaper tires elsewhere in the valley. They essentially quoted me double what I ended up paying for all 4 tires and theu weren't able to offer discounts for doing the wholr car. Was utterly disappointed.
