I had an 8:00 am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed by Kevin #7948 and was perfect. I would have given him a thank you and tip but he was already gone to a other vehicle. It would be nice if I had a chance to meet with him.

Had another great experience at Ford Northampton. 10,000 mile service with oil, filter and tire rotation, all completed perfectly and within a hour. The service department in my opinion is the best in western Massachusetts.

Working with Lynda was amazing! She is so lovely and hustles like crazy. I totally appreciate how fun she made the entire process and I am loving my new truck. She deserves a raise for how wonderful she is! Also a thanks to Denise in finance for making the process absolutely painless.

Avoid. When I tried to buy a truck here they didn't know the first thing about their own products. When I tried to have my truck repaired there they couldn't diagnose a common problem and instead tried to sell me unrelated services at a whopping cost. I went to College St. Motors in Amherst and they 1) diagnosed the problem Ford could not, in minutes and 2) replaced my brakes at 1/3rd the cost quoted by Ford. I've had better luck at Ford of Greenfield. It's far from me, but I won't go to Northampton again.

Due to repeated issues with a closer dealer, I decided to have Ford of Northampton take a look at some problems with my F-150 instead. My experience with them has been head and shoulders above my more local dealer. I brought the truck in for a hum and was worried they wouldn't be able to identify it due to how faint it was. They were, however, able to hear the noise and pinpointed it to the front differential after running it on the lift. We scheduled another time for them to keep the truck for a couple days to remove, inspect, and rebuild the front differential. There was a delay since another complicated job took them longer than anticipated, but they kept in contact with me and were able to get the rebuild covered under warranty. The front end of this truck has never been as quiet as it is now. They also replaced a bad speaker at the same time and though that wasn't under warranty any longer, the pricing was reasonable and they didn't leave a scuff or scratch anywhere when they removed and replaced trim and door panels to get to the speaker. Brianna was great to deal with - she was honest, professional, and personable. According to the paperwork, Dave is the one who worked on the truck so he also deserves recognition for top notch work. I hope to keep this truck for several more years, but when it's time for my next F-150 I know where to go.

My dad died recently, and my my mom will inherit his car. I wanted to know what it was worth and learn more about how to sell a used car. I'd had nice interactions w/ folks at Northampton Ford previously (I've never bought there), so I stopped by. I told them that I could not sell them this car (my mom wants to sell the car close to where she lives), but they were happy to help. They told me how much the car was worth, and they took the time to explain the +s and -s of selling a used car to a dealer vs privately. (They even told me why my mom's particular car would get a lot more in a private sale.) Their advice will put thousands of additional dollars in my mom's pocket. Like many people, I've had less than pleasant interactions w/ car dealers, but this interaction was very different. We will buy from them in the future without hesitation.

I didn't purchase a vehicle here as the model I wanted was very hard to find due to chip shortages and demand. However, Lynda was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend. Don't experience this level of customer service very often. Felt like I was talking with a good friend rather than a car dealer! A+

When me and my girlfriend went out looking for a vehicle, although we had an idea what we were getting ourselves with inventory, we truly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, so we went to multiple dealerships to our dismay had very little to no luck, we initially wanted three style of vehicles, the Jeep Renegade, the Chevy Trailblazer, the Ford Bronco Sport, zero luck finding any of these on dealership lots….until June 2nd when I called Ford of Northampton and spoke to Kiersten Rosso asked her if they had a Ford Bronco on site she said yes, a brown one, I explained to her we were looking for a white one but we were still interested in seeing it in person, made an appointment went out and test drove it and really liked it, finding a white one was damn near impossible as Kiersten looked for us, when hope was almost lost my girlfriend had noticed a White Ford Escape sitting in the showroom and with no pressure from our sales rep she said check it out, the sporty look of it caught our eye, the interior was sporty, and it was white!! I asked if they had any on the lot we could test drive she had a black 2022 Escape and we were off again, again same result we liked the handling and performance of the test drive so we were sold, the process was easy, fast, and stress free the worked with us on our trade in and negotiated an agreeable price, deal was done! I will also say Kiersten went the extra mile the following day driving out to assist with paperwork, they had the car ready for us to pick up a few hours later. I’d recommend highly anyone looking for a car to check them out!!
