Went here recently to upgrade to a better phone. I was helped by Michelle she was very nice,she helped me choose a phone within my budget. She also helped move everything over to the new phone and put on the screen protector and case on the phone while I was in the store. Over all I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this store if anyone else needs help. 🌟 Extra star for Michelle,very good customer service.

**Update** (3/24) I went again today and had the pleasure of meeting Tasha Brown who is a ray of sunshine, very knowledgeable, and solved my phone issue in under a minute. Honestly, even though the system she was using seemed to be glitching which made our visit last a while, Noris made it a great experience. From start to finish. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and super cool under pressure. 10/10

Visiting Massachusetts from North Carolina and I needed assistance with a new phone activation asap. Michael Perez at King Street, Northampton location activated my Amazon unlocked iphone in an extremely timely fashion.-super fast!! Perez greeted me and my daughter right away and helped immediately. I also purchased two products I had questions about which Perez had personal knowledge of. The products that I was made confident to purchase were a pair of particular ear pods and car charger I had my eye on. Absolutely best customer service I’ve experienced thus far.

Great - until you have a problem then it's "I don't know you". I purchased a Revvl+4 phone 5/31/21 along with a pay as you go account. After 6 months the phone was unlocked. Metro customers have lower priority on the T-Mobile network. After moving to a new location and having many calls dropped especially after long wait times on hold I decided to go with T-Mobile account for higher priority calls. I planned to keep the Revvl phone but shortly after the android 11 "upgrade" my phone started to misbehave. T-M offered me a "free" phone so I took them up on the offer. I went back to to the King st store In Northampton and asked for a replacement for the Revvl as my Revvl is still under 1 year warranty. However Metro said I have to have a current account. Having read the the "Metro by T-Mobile Phone Warranty Policy" nowhere in it does it says I have to have an active account. I was told to go to Corp Headquarters. I called and they told I had to be a current customer. I just the customer service number, spoke with Paul, agent #2525313, was put on hold and call was dumped after 35 minutes on hold. So it's off to Small Claims Court now. I would give -5 stars if possible. Worst company ever and T-Mobile isn't any better.

The MetroPCS authorized dealer located at 134 King St in Northampton is a great store. The reps were all friendly and knowledgeable, did a great job explaining how their promotions work and demonstrating their devices. This location is very clean and bright, and has a large selection of accessories for their devices.
