Best cell phone store in Northampton, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Went here recently to upgrade to a better phone. I was helped by Michelle she was very nice,she helped me choose a phone within my budget. She also helped move everything over to the new phone and put on the screen protector and case on the phone while I was in the store. Over all I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this store if anyone else needs help. 🌟 Extra star for Michelle,very good customer service. ~Helen

The entire crew at this location completely exceeded my expectations. They were gracious and welcomed our well-trained dogs into their AC on a blistering hot day. Armando Roman and his team worked together to resolve a billing issue which had caused my iPhone to be locked and unable to function after my friend gifted it to me. They were so personable and professional and did a remarkable job of chasing down the details needed to fix the issue. I am most grateful to Armando and his AT&T team. Thank you! ~Chris
