The Northampton AT&T store offers excellent knowledge and customer service. They really excel in what they do. I couldn’t recommend this store more strongly. Osiris is a phone wizard and can solve any phone problem you may have. Give them a try!

The service: “I am not going to do that for 15$ difference/month” (Real difference: 40-60$) Said like my money is blown by wind. BTW: I had to go to the other store to solve my cancellation issue. Edit: the saleswoman said to me that the wireless fee was 40 dollars/month and they could not give my bill that day whereas I looked up the website next day that the bill is 100-100 dollars for the first month and at least 80 dollars for each following month. Then, when I cancelled it (threw away the sim I originally wanted to keep) and wanted to ensure not being charged, the service said these words to REJECT TO ME. And they told me that I should call the AT&T department, which I called for two hours. Finally, I got one AT&T assistant and they said that it should be done at the STORE. So, I HAD to rush into the store and ASK them to work together. GUESS WHAT? They said they DIDN’T how to solve the bill problem! They were lucky that the saleswoman at another store ensured that I was not being charged (because I didn’t use the service at all as I discarded the sim associated so with the service once I realized I was deceived) cause my father asked whether I needed a lawyer.

I tried out this Northampton store based on the positive reviews about customer service; they did not disappoint. I went in to get a new phone after 7 years and an experience I was dreading and expecting to be painful was made painless all because of the superior customer service skills of Armando. Great experience and will certainly be back if needed.

The entire crew at this location completely exceeded my expectations. They were gracious and welcomed our well-trained dogs into their AC on a blistering hot day. Armando Roman and his team worked together to resolve a billing issue which had caused my iPhone to be locked and unable to function after my friend gifted it to me. They were so personable and professional and did a remarkable job of chasing down the details needed to fix the issue. I am most grateful to Armando and his AT&T team. Thank you!

I had the best customer service with Armando, one of the representatives at the store. My phone had died that morning and was not sure what the issue was. I have very basic cell phone background knowledge and felt uneducated to know what to do. I've been an ATT customer for years so I started at my local store which I had never been to. Armando was kind enough to plug it in and check to see if the battery was dead before continuing. He attended to this and provided options with cell phones should I need one. Never selling but informing and allowing me to find my way. Even went as far as to provide options to tech information online to support and alternatives. I called the store to get feedback to which I got support. I spent the day reviewing my options and returned to the store, knowing that given the incredible customer experience I had this was where I wanted to spend my money. With his assistance even as we reached the end of the business day, he supported me in getting me what I needed. He continued with the same level of patience, going above and beyond to support educating me to my options and great customer care. When I called to thank the manager, Amanda she shared with enthusiasm to Armando and the services they provide at the store. She welcomed me to come in anytime, even to say hi. This is the example of how a local rep business takes part in building a community. Thank you!

Osiris was one of the best employees there, she helped me figure out what plan is right for my budget and explained to me every detail. I recently turned in an IPhone 12 back in March for credit points up to $700 and she absolutely explained to me every step of the way when and how I was going to be getting those credits in my account. She also had more than excellent customer service and friendly image that made me comfortable and sure that she was going to be taking care of my issues in a professional and friendly manner! Keep It Up!!!!

Cassandra worked with me to sort things out on my new account after nearly a week of me trying to call customer service on my own to absolutely NO avail. Cassandra was a pleasure to work with and super patient, kind, as well as very astute with both the technology and knowledge of how AT&T’s operations are run. I know if I ever need any help with this account (which thanks to Cassandra is up and running; thank you!), I will make the trek to this place because there’s nothing like working with smart, capable and customer-service oriented humans instead of dreadful phone bots that get you nowhere except to a mild heart attack. This AT&T store in Noho is very solid!

Armando was absolutely amazing— terrific, personable service over the phone and then in person. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and so service-oriented and made what might be an annoying process into a pleasurable one. I couldn’t have enjoyed Osiris and Marcus’ presence, perspective and service more as well while my phone transferred info. I will be so happy to recommend this location to friends. Seriously a great experience.
