So frustrating. I just need to talk to someone to get an idea if they can fix my windows and how much it'll cost. There automated webpages don't take my problem into consideration and I couldn't finish their process. Their chat button wanted me to give them my personal information including email before they would chat. Their phone number won't connect me to someone to talk to. It either sends me to their webpage, won't stop asking me for information that isn't relevant to the call, or just puts me into an automated loop. Very unprofessional and annoying to try and deal with them. I can't speak for the quality of their work since I couldn't even get to that stage.

I went to their shop to repair my windshield and they advised me it couldn’t be repaired. Technician was very polite explaining why and he scheduled for someone to come to my house. When the tech arrived at home he was very polite and very efficient. He did a great job and made sure my car was clean before leaving.

Couldn’t recommend enough! I had a crack in my windshield that both needed repair and prevented me from passing a state inspection. I made my Safelite drop off appointment the morning of through the Geico app. I worked with Matthew, who was kind, took the time to explain next steps to me, and did a very thorough job. I was in and out in 30 minutes total. Due to their time efficiency, I was able to run to get my state inspection done right after just in time! Thanks Safelite in Northampton. Highly recommend!

I went to safelite to replace my damaged windshield, and was met with fantastic customer service on all fronts. The technician that replaced my windshield, Sokhan, did an awesome job and I'm more than pleased with the results several weeks after the fact. The glass was sealed and treated, and has stayed fairly clean and free of marks despite the facts that I use the vehicle on a farm and have a 2.5 hr daily commute time on salted highways. No new cracks have appeared, and it seems to have been seated properly. I'd recommend this location to anyone with immediate repair needs, as they were able to handle mine with expediency and at an affordable price. Service: Auto windshield replacement

A rock hit my windshield on the highway, resulting in a chip that had immediately started spreading and I was able to get an appointment to repair it the same day. They were very polite and professional from start to finish and informed me that the crack would still be visible but would not get worse or impact the safety/integrity of the windshield and the repair is guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle. I walked into the facility to have my windshield on my crv replaced. The young man informed me they would call me back by the end of the day. I did not get a call back. I attempted to call customer service they refused to connect me to an agent using a dead end automated system twice. Today I’m driving up to sit in the parking lot until I get some form of answer.
