Staffs are very friendly. Booking an appointment and claiming with insurance is so much easier than I thought. Just a few click online and everything is ready to go. They fixed my small crack on the windshield and looks as good as new. Can't tell there's a small crack from the rocks on the road.

I had a cracked on my windshield they my insurance company suggest to me there and I got an appointment on March 29 at 2 pm. They changed my windshield but new windshield has refraction on driver side. It was not a manor but while you are driving it makes the eyes tired. I was uncomfortable and I have called back them and told the situation. They said to me it is manufacturer mistakes and they gave me new appointment on April 5. On April 5 they changed my windshield too, but new windshield still has some refraction. It is really uncomfortable. Don`t waste your time. I am really upset about their service and quality. Omar was supposed to come to my house to replace my windshield but because of the rain that wasn’t possible. An hour later I was in the shop. Great service, called their customer care, the guy did great job, he helped to take care with my insurance. You need to make sure to ask for OEM windshield before they confirm with insurance. I got a claim through my insurance, and after almost a month of trying to get my windshield replaced with an original one, I couldn’t even get a hold of them. I called weekly, and each time, I got told that I would get a call back, but it NEVER happened. Since I couldn’t take the “stellar” service any longer, I called Master Auto Glass, who have outstanding reviews. They were able to scheduled me and have it replaced with an original make in 3 days. 🙂

This was the most horrific experience possible. They rescheduled on me 2x. Then the guy showed up late. Then when he left I saw the entire driver and passenger sides of my car were covered in glass shards! The guy broke the glass getting it out and instead of cleaning it up or telling me, he just took off. How in the world can a glass company leave a car covered in glass shards and stay in business?

Terrible experience. 4 appointments later and windshield still is not fixed. Management has been very nice and apologetic but the work speaks for itself. Had appointment to have replaced at home. Tech called to see if I can bring truck to them as it was supposed to rain, which was bs. They wanted me to come to them w/15 minutes notice. They replace the windshield and the noise started and the ezpass transponder fell off and the inspection sticker fell off. Got them out again and they reset the windshield. 2 weeks later the new windshield cracked! Scheduled yet another appointment and they did not show for it. They scheduled wrong day and location. Got them back out for the 3rd time and 4th appointment and they replaced the windshield again. Then the noise begins again. Managers are coming out tomorrow to finally deal w/this, but too many bad experiences. Will seek another company next time!!!!
