I couldn’t find the place, apparently its inside the kan man even tho there wasn't a sign i could see and I pulled into the lot, but I changed my review from w to 5 stars simply because they replied to inform me of the store location and I appreciate that.

I got a cup from T-Mobile. A massive moth entered my establishment and the cup was a perfect size to capture it and release whilst a tarot card covered the top. Ten out of ten recommended the cup.

The worst customer service ever. I said Hi he didn't reply he never looked him in the face and he took long to reply to my questions. The customer service representative judged me for having 3 numbers on my account and refused to add the 4th line.

Angry Chinese lady got mad at me for wanting to switch the numbers from my friends plan to a new plan, said we could not do it even though we had already received permission from tmobile and my friends permission to keep our numbers, 0/10 no help at all

The gentleman who works there was so patient and a hard worker. Taking care of multiple customer's. The female at the computer was just as helpful. My first time at this location. Recommended by MBTA instructor. Kudos to this location in Rockland. MA.

Went there on Sunday to sign up for a new phone under the family plan. However, was told the family plan is grandfathered hence the store assistant told us to leave our contact details behind while they check and confirm things for us. Waited for two days but did not receive any feedback. Called on the third day and the store assistant took down my number, saying she is busy at the moment and would call back. There is no response since then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE

Rude, unknowledgeable, kurt, terse, unwilling to help, tried to extort money from me. Went in because my phone wasn't charging (I've already had 2 warranty replacements in 6 months for the same issue), and to check if it was the phone or the charger. Turned out to be the charger this time, and asked if they could replace on warranty. For the record, I used to work for T-Mobile in a store, I know the policies and what they have on hand and are allowed to do. I was told the charger wasn't covered under the warranty (lie) I was told they don't have extra chargers (lie) I was told customer care wouldn't send me a charger either, and that I had to purchase a $35 charger (lie) I laughed in his face, left, immediately called 611, and had customer care send me a charger for free. They CAN replace chargers under warranty if it's within 6 months (he didn't even check my warranty), they DO have extra chargers in the back that they keep from warranty replacements or display units and are allowed to give them out if someone comes in with a warranty issue. If they couldn't help in store they are SUPPOSED to direct me to customer care to get a replacement. Idiots.
