Jeremiah was outstanding. My parents are elderly and on their first visit he was incredibly patient and helpful with setting up their new phones and accounts. About a month later, they realized they needed more data and we're slightly confused so I accompanied them. Jeremiah again was amazing. He explained everything clearly and got them a new plan that fits them perfectly. Verizon is fortunate to have him as an ambassador of their brand!

He was phenomenal - was patient, clear, ran through several options, and made sure all questions were answered before I left the store.
