I worked with Raul at the Dorchester branch and I had a great experience. I came into the store to switch my phone plan and get the new IPhone. Not only was Raul knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my question but his positive attitude and high energy made buying the phone fun. His customer service and dedication is exceptional and He is a major asset to ATT

I was very frustrated because of an issue that I've been dealing with for 4 hours on my own I wasn't in that place 15 minutes to I think the manager I forget his name he was an unbelievable gentleman unbelievable curtaunbelievable courtesy and exactly what he was doing that was my 1st time ever and I'm almost 60 years old lol OL lol in-and-out that fast and thorough with no problem from AT&T and I'm telling you I have a whole lot of bad things to say of what he came to you but I can't see it this day

This store is bad didn’t not properly disclose information. They told me I can go to a AT&T company phone to override my trade in from 3 months ago because they said I can trade it in anytime no timeframe please do not go to this store RoHU said I will have to go to a company phone to get this fixed which is a lie

I went in with my very upset mom due to lost text messages. Mint stepped right up, super friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and was able to put a smile back on mom's face by restoring her messages. There's nothing like having a calm and personable professional to ease your worst fears. I would be remiss if I did not also acknowledge Raul and Vu who are also fabulous professionals who get the job done!! This is my favorite AT&T store by far!!!
