A young man named Eric helped me in a time of extreme chaos. I was doing the peace institute March for mothers of homicide victims and it was already a hard day. Then I lost my phone. He helped me navigate everything and lock the other one and he was so kind and calm. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because all of the phones that are at least a bit inexpensive we're out of stock. This is something I've dealt with at MetroPCS stores all over boston. I cannot think that this is just a coincidence. I think Metro PCS should think long and hard about all of the available cellular options at this point and treat their customers better when stalking the shelves. Thank you Eric so much for your help!!!

This is the worst place ever to go and get customer service. I went there to switch my monthly service and the guy his name is Erekison threat me like don’t come here . He doesn’t listen and he doesn’t respect customers . I regretted to go there . I would not recommend this metro to get customer service.

This is by far the best metro I have ever been to. The crew was amazing and they helped me out a lot. Dio is by far the best sales rep I have ever seen at any metropcs store. I will go as far as saying that he is the best rep in the world.
