AT&T Store
I worked with Raul at the Dorchester branch and I had a great experience. I came into the store to switch my phone plan and get the new IPhone. Not only was Raul knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my question but his positive attitude and high energy made buying the phone fun. His customer service and dedication is exceptional and He is a major asset to ATT ~MRP

ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS LOCATION. The customer service here is complete TRASH. Girl had a bad attitude from before she walked through the door. I had been sitting outside for over an hour because I was informed when I called the store Saturday that they opened "at 10am tomorrow". When I arrived, they were closed. Not open until 11. Fine. So I waited just to be told they "have nothing in stock" and told me to "google other stores and drive to them to see if they have what you're looking for".... How do you think that's decent customer service ?! You aren't going to check other inventory, call another location, give me the address or at least location of another store?! I spend HUNDREDS of dollars with this company both for personal and professional business and how I was treated today was BEYOND anything I've experienced. I will never visit this location again. ~Jennah

A young man named Eric helped me in a time of extreme chaos. I was doing the peace institute March for mothers of homicide victims and it was already a hard day. Then I lost my phone. He helped me navigate everything and lock the other one and he was so kind and calm. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because all of the phones that are at least a bit inexpensive we're out of stock. This is something I've dealt with at MetroPCS stores all over boston. I cannot think that this is just a coincidence. I think Metro PCS should think long and hard about all of the available cellular options at this point and treat their customers better when stalking the shelves. Thank you Eric so much for your help!!! ~Ashley

EZ MARKET
Tried its daily fried chicken and I'm telling you, it's good! Ate it a few days and still not bored yet!😋 And the cake too, it's moist and tasty! Can either buy a slice or a whole cake itself! This mini-market also carried fresh produces, dairies, and other convenience store stuffs. Great people and place! ~Sang

Yes, staff and management is differently rude. Make sure to check your products because even if you bring the receipt they try and tell you that they cant return it. I had to report it to one of the disbursement center that supply that store just to get a return. Yeah they def try and cheat you out your points. And my god is it that hard to hand me my recipet. ~kay
Tremont Credit Union
It's almost impressive how long it's taking them to issue a replacement debit card. ~Ethan
CrossFit 617 - Dorchester
Started my CrossFit journey at CrossFit 617 and couldn’t me more grateful that I did. Their fundamentals course eased the learning curve of starting CrossFit. The coaches were very motivating, personable, and knew exactly what they were doing. Classes were tough and worth every second. ~Christian
