Yes, staff and management is differently rude. Make sure to check your products because even if you bring the receipt they try and tell you that they cant return it. I had to report it to one of the disbursement center that supply that store just to get a return. Yeah they def try and cheat you out your points. And my god is it that hard to hand me my recipet.

Half the time I have to go in to get the receipt from an employee. How difficult is it to refill the receipt cartridge? It's an annoyance and especially when people are waiting for the pump, I have to drive my car to a parking spot then go inside the store.

Most of the employees there were nice, except for one of them. He was rude, and provided no customer service. I ordered a pickup order through 7-Eleven's 7Now app, and the order was prepaid in the app. Then I sent one of my family members to pick up the order. My family member was able to provide the order number and items placed, but this guy - the employee refused to release the prepaid order. He said it had to be the person placing the order to pick up the order, can not send someone else to pick up the order, and this type of transaction had to go through Ubereats or Doordash, then he walked away. When he came back, he moved on to the next customer in line without releasing the order. When asking for his name, he pretended he did not hear it. I guess he did not what was 7 Eleven's "7Now" ? The picture shows him ignoring my family member. I would not recommend this store to anyone else.

Protip: when approaching this convenience store/gas station, be aware of the difficult traffic patterns that might make it harder to pull into the store. Recognize that the street map was organized by throwing boiled spaghetti on a map of Boston. This 7-11 is a good place to get a decent amount of things. Ranging from fruit to over the counter medicine to Gatorade, this place has a good amount of options. The store still feels spacious, as well. The service was friendly, but the workers seemed busy. But no one had to wait in line, which was good!

My favorite place to go. The employees always make my trip to the store pleasurable. Although it doesn’t have some of the things other 7/11’s have, its just the atmosphere and the vibe the workers exert always draws me back.
