I visited the store a day prior and the rep was very helpful, polite and really trying to help me but unfortunately what I needed this location didn't have it in stock. I was sent to another location and All I can say about the other place, nicely is OMG. The following day I had returned to South Bay but that was a waste of time could not receive the help I needed. My belief is T-mobile should really, really give technical training to all its employees, it's not just about to make a sale, they should understand the technically of what they selling.

Instead doing an in person cash transaction they made me use a machine that I didn't full understand how to use and accidently hit put remaining amount of cash on my account instead of getting my change back can we just do human to human interactions to avoid this situation thank you.

ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS LOCATION. The customer service here is complete TRASH. Girl had a bad attitude from before she walked through the door. I had been sitting outside for over an hour because I was informed when I called the store Saturday that they opened "at 10am tomorrow". When I arrived, they were closed. Not open until 11. Fine. So I waited just to be told they "have nothing in stock" and told me to "google other stores and drive to them to see if they have what you're looking for".... How do you think that's decent customer service ?! You aren't going to check other inventory, call another location, give me the address or at least location of another store?! I spend HUNDREDS of dollars with this company both for personal and professional business and how I was treated today was BEYOND anything I've experienced. I will never visit this location again.

...That how to make you a Manager??? Came here to buy Iphone 13, 512 gb, which was not available in store, so Staff helped to place order. Gave them delivery address by typing it carefully through text msg and gave to them, but unfortunately they still put it incorrectly. Tried to spend more than half day of Sunday (3 calls and 3 email) between T Mobile customer service (TMCS) and USP to correct address, but they kept referring me to contact each other until TMCS' s supervisor promised to take care of this. However, checking tracking delivery 2 days later it was still incorrect address. Called again for almost two hours to update correct address again and it was really fixed this time by returning the item back to warehouse. Operator confirmed to call back the day after at 8PM to instruct for further step. Receiving no phone call for 3 days, so I went back to TMobile store asking them for help and report the issue, which caused me too much times and problems. Staff referred me call TMCS again. I asked them for a report/complaint for this matter, but again they redirected to TMCS. I was so disappointed and notified to review their store/service/response. To my shock, they challenged me to do this and they was proud to confirm/reveal to me that they was Store Manager (SM). How could they be proud of themself as SM when they was at least unable to do a basic and simple thing to apologize their loyal customer for what customer had been through?!? Not a word! Unprofessional and bad service! After every call that I made, they checked for a review/survey. I put a good review based on their promises, but turned out problem was not fixed to its root. What was a true meaning of survey/review without a real outcome and solution??? It is worth as a trick. So frustrated!!!

my recent visit to T-mobile was a life changing choice. First of all I would like you to meet Wendy! One of the best employee there I know who made everything possible for me to get the absolute best deal there was on earth. She is absolutely phenomenal at her job! she is patient, entertaining, friendly and very fast at everything she does. I’m here to show my appreciation to Wendy once again. Thank you Wendy! Please don’t ever hesitate to make your visit here not just when you need something, get down there to see the best deals of the year they offer before they go away!! Highly disappointed with this location and staff team. I had bad experiences with getting services from pre-Thanksgiving all the way through Black Friday. After spending over 3,000$ on new phones for me and my family, I was dismissed from the store without the proper SIM card inserted into the phone. The wrong phone number was also imported to my new device which caused a few days of irreversible problems. I am highly disappointed in the flaws and simple mistakes that were made during my transaction. Of course this was just one of many technical difficulties from the site that day. After re-visiting the store to solve the issue, I was ignored by the manager (Mike) who blatantly said, "I can't help you. The sale associates are to help you instead because I have to oversee other things." I waited over 4 hours by the time I finally walked out with my phone working with the correct number ported into the phone. I am grateful for their employee, named Wendy, who constantly checked on me during the 5-hour transaction, while she was also put on hold by the Sprint technicians at the call center. She was reassuring and exhausted all of her options as an employee before she solved my issue that her coworker caused. I am disappointed in this site and the way the team is carried. I feel used and abused because I'm aware the sales associate made commission off of my $3,000+ purchase. I really hope the T-Mobile team at this location steps it up because I would hate for this to happen to any future customer.
