i had come here to get my phone fixed and 1 hour later the phone had gotten back to doing what it was doing. The service is terrible and i don't like it. what i'm trying to say is they didn't do a very good job fixing it, otherwise it wouldn't do the same thing i took the phone in the shop for

They good people. I brought my phone in after i ran it over with my car and they fixed it for $90. They gave me a screen saver and it has not given me any problems. Gotta go with time though the place gets too crowded..

I recently had a poor experience with you, I paid 145.00 dollars to replace my child's phone screen, I was given a one month warranty. Few days after, the phone screen turned blue, I took it to them to explain the issue and fix under the warranty. I was told they cannot repair or replace and that I should pay another 70.00 dollars. This is disappointing and it's not clear to me why it's not covered by the warranty. Now my child is left without a phone and am out of pocket. This is a poor service I received and I will not be recommending a service that is not transparent.

My local T-Mobile store told me to visit them after I dropped my Samsung note 9 in water and had to save some important documents . They told me to go to them to try to repair it, the store was overwhelming because they have soo much... The staff was friendly, they were able to recover my pictures after a 3 day wait because they didn't have the part that was needed. I got a screen protector and case for my new phone when I came back. Their prices for cases are cheaper than the T-Mobile store.

Got my screen and glass screen protector replaced for a good price and the best part about the price is the unmatched service. Ivan contacted me to see how my phone was about a week after; I had been experiencing a bit of a glitch on the light sensor when calling and he put another screen on it that day. I’ll definitely be going here first for my phone repairs!

I brought my pixel 2 in for a new screen and was told it would be 3 or 4 days to get the screen special ordered and that i would have to leave a deposit for the special order. A week later, not having gotten a call from them, I called and was told it was ready for pickup. I got there and they almost gave me someone else's phone, then told me that they had accidentally returned the screen to the supplier and would have to reorder it, taking another week. A week later I come by and I was finally able to pick it up (two and a half weeks from my initial visit), and they had not noted that they had taken a $30 deposit from me and asked for the whole $95 sum. They also apparently had my phone number just as incorrect on their documents as they had my name, because they never once called me about the status of my phone repair, though they claimed to have called. Overall sort of horrified that I left my phone with them for two weeks when they seem so disorganized with their documentation. And honestly shocked that i was not offered a discount considering what a bad experience they knew I had with them.
