I went to their shop to repair my windshield and they advised me it couldn’t be repaired. Technician was very polite explaining why and he scheduled for someone to come to my house. When the tech arrived at home he was very polite and very efficient. He did a great job and made sure my car was clean before leaving. ~Joel

I do a lot of work on my van myself, but when I get stuck, I call Larry. He is always willing to talk me thru any problem and understands old VWs in a way almost no one else in the area does. He will often turn down big jobs as it's just his son doing the work now, but hes always completely honest about why and always willing to guide you to another helpful place, and even walk you thru the repair yourself when you get stuck. Who else leaves all their personal numbers on the voicemail? Who else these days will help you figure out your repairs with no strings attached. They arent the fastest, the cheapest, etc, but they are solid as rock as people and his depth of knowledge is unbeatable. His sons great too. Old time style, old time values, old time heart. I cannot say enough about what these guys did for me. I brought them my "baby" a 1963 Corvair Spyder for a transmission rebuild. Due to a number of issues that the car had once we took it apart they were willing to tackle it ALL without blinking an eye! My car was there for almost 3 months while I searched the country for parts and they patiently worked with me to get the correct parts(sometimes it took a few do overs) and just kept hanging in there with me. I would have thrown me out after this repair started to drag on but they kept working with me until it was right! All the while they were vigilant about making sure my "baby" was well protected and when it was finally returned it was driving the best it has in decades and did not have a single ding on it! Ed, the manager was as patient as a saint with me and kept me apprised of the progress and failures, and Curt was the most talented mechanic I have worked with in quite some time! My show car is back to good running and shifting health thanks to these guys. This shop is a sleeper for anyone who owns a car they really care about! Due to repeated issues with a closer dealer, I decided to have Ford of Northampton take a look at some problems with my F-150 instead. My experience with them has been head and shoulders above my more local dealer. I brought the truck in for a hum and was worried they wouldn't be able to identify it due to how faint it was. They were, however, able to hear the noise and pinpointed it to the front differential after running it on the lift. We scheduled another time for them to keep the truck for a couple days to remove, inspect, and rebuild the front differential. There was a delay since another complicated job took them longer than anticipated, but they kept in contact with me and were able to get the rebuild covered under warranty. The front end of this truck has never been as quiet as it is now. They also replaced a bad speaker at the same time and though that wasn't under warranty any longer, the pricing was reasonable and they didn't leave a scuff or scratch anywhere when they removed and replaced trim and door panels to get to the speaker. Brianna was great to deal with - she was honest, professional, and personable. According to the paperwork, Dave is the one who worked on the truck so he also deserves recognition for top notch work. I hope to keep this truck for several more years, but when it's time for my next F-150 I know where to go. ~Joe
