It's SO nice to be able to trust my mechanic for complete, reality-based diagnosis and costs. When I ask for his opinions, he'll never push for more work but I'm glad to have his advice. Over the years, Bob at Toad's has done a bit of everything on my several vehicles, mostly Volvos. He's a breath of fresh air for me, because my job is wrangling contractors that look to skimp and gauge. I can drop off my car and NOT WORRY about it!
