I have 2 cars, I've brought my car to many places but nothing touches the experience, quality and customer service like Master Auto. I have been coming to Master Auto for the past five years and I couldn't see my self going anywhere else. They are extremely professional. Anthony and Marie are super friendly and have a way of making everyone feel like family. Highly recommend.

I just bought a used Lexus and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect condition before I drove off the lot. He’s done my oil changes before as well and truly the service there is amazing. They treat you like family. Highly recommended!!

Anthony and Marie are phenomenal people who take time out of their day to make sure all your needs are met. From insurance to inspection the whole nine they go for everyone. We bought an amazing car from them, they dealt with us even when we were being difficult from frustrations (their patience is a virtue). I recommend this place to anybody! *google took my last review down to look at, sorry guys :)*

I had an excellent experience with this business. I ran into a radiator issue while at the airport, tow company referred Master Auto so I called to see if my car would be able to be diagnosed and fixed same day (I live about 100miles from this business and just wanted to get back home) I spoke with Anthony and he assured me he would do his best, and let me tell you he showed out!!! I was only there for a couple of hours and he diagnosed, ordered part, and installed it in no time. To add to the wonderful service I was driven to a near by restaurant to grab a bite to eat. 5 stars is definitely not enough for Master Auto this business deserves a 10. Everyone that works there is customer oriented. Great staff and work!! I'm fortunate that this business was referred to me. Everyone left a lasting impression on me, Thank you to everyone at Master Auto, you're the best!!

Masters is the best and I’m beyond lucky to have found them when I did. Before coming here, I brought my car to a different auto body shop and they couldn’t directly tell me what the issue was even after spending $800 on 4 new tires. (It happens, but I couldn’t get a direct answer which concerned me) Through a recommendation, I brought it to Masters to fix the issue. Anthony and Marie are super nice, honest and very helpful! Not only did they fix my alignment, they called and told me I needed to replace the strut and tie rod (which the other place ignored) and now my car drives beautifully! I like that they confirm with the customer! They are quick with amazing service and now my boyfriend comes here too. Over 200,000 on his Subaru Legacy and now it’s like brand new after his experience here. THANK YOU MASTERS!😊

Master Auto is a very friendly and fair-priced place. After I went to the dealer, and a few auto shops to price comparison for fixing my Camry tail light, I tried out Master Auto based on my AAA agent's recommendation and good status from google review. I recently purchased a vehicle from Master Auto and couldn't be happier with the process. Anthony, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle I purchased was in a condition that exceeded my expectations. He even went so far as to order an auxillary part for me after we finalized the purchase, at no additional cost. Marie, who oversaw the transaction, was a delight to work with and provided welcomed assistance that had me in my car within an afternoon. Overall, Anthony and his team at Master Auto run a shop the way it should be... Honestly.

I am so grateful for having Maria and Anthony to help me through my ordeal. We were driving down Route 1 when my engine on my vehicle seized and my car instantly stopped running while in the passing lane. We managed to coast ALMOST to the breakdown lane when the car stopped. We were in a pretty dangerous situation on the highway. After calling 911 and AAA, I tried to call my dealership. They couldn’t take our car! We were stranded with nowhere to tow this vehicle. AAA suggested Master Auto as they were a few miles away. Although we had never been there or had work done there before, we had no other options. So off we went. I walked in the door and was greeted by Maria. I told her what had happened. She was immediately so kind and helpful. She offered us to sit down and have some water. She helped us to calm down and even to get us an Uber home. We were strangers to them and lived far enough away that they knew we wouldn’t be regular customers. And yet, the service was absolutely outstanding! I can’t say enough about how the situation would have been so much worse if not for the kindness and professionalism of these people. Not only do they do great work, but they do it with the humanity that sometimes get lost in today’s world.

Flew into Boston airport at around 8pm and found my car in the parking garage with a flat tire. Not the best way to end vacation. Anyways, we were looking at a 5+ hour drive back to Maine and there was no way we'd make it back with the donut. So we stayed in a hotel and the next morning frantically searched for places that could plug the tire. We tried a few places and no one could get us in. We called Master Auto and they said it would be no problem. Not only did they get us in RIGHT AWAY, they were very nice, very helpful- even took the time to point out where my tires we wearing and explained what kind of tires to get in the future. On top of all of that, they barley charged us anything. It was such a relief to get this kind of service. It took less than 20 minutes, whereas other repair shops said 3-4+ hours. I thanked them for getting us in so fast and they said that's what they were there for. ITS TRUE!!! :))) If you want reliable, quick and friendly service come here!

I was towed into this business on a Monday morning unannounced. Anthony immediately greeted me and was so helpful. He looked over my car, said he’d try to squeeze me in and took my information. That same afternoon he called me with an estimate, explained the pricing and said he could have the work done by the next day. Within 48 hours my car was fixed. He explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and made me feel comfortable, safe and heard. Everyone I interacted with at this establishment was extremely friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I truly cannot recommend this place enough, these are the type of people who truly care about what they do!
